Two tellers on a Friday afternoon. They truly do not care about actual customer service. Why in the world would anyone ever bank here? It is always the same - never enough staff. I'm making a deposit on the behalf of someone else - but I wish I would never have to come here again.

Bank of America has gone from bad to worse. Not only did they close the drive thru lanes but they only have two tellers and a long line every time. They no longer have a business line so if you are a commercial customer you have to wait with everyone else. To add insult to injury, if one of the bankers opens a new account, they will cut the line to make their deposit. Glad that i do my personal banking with Chase, the customer oriented bank.

When the banks stop knowing who the client is. When customer service does not exist. I have been a client for 23 years and that will stop now. While I once knew everyone and it was a trusted place, I have been verbally attack by the greeter at the front door, I have made multiple complaints and bad hours and no personal banking this is a bank for drones, and I am so much happier with the service and the hours of T D that is in the same parking lot. Tell TD team Shurley's mom gives them 5 star and all out business

Honestly I don't understand why this bank have such a low rate on yelp! Everyone in here are super nice, they have an amazing customer service , always smiling and willing to help! The bank is next to sawgrass on the same plAza where best buy is, I do work on the same plaza as well so I have to go at least once a week over, I do understand people can get frustrated because of the huge lines, because since the bank is located in such a busy place it does definitely get crowded, you just got choose wisely what time to go! Rarely I get a huge line either inside or on the drive-through!

So I would love to give 0 stars to this branch. I have had BoA for over 10 years and after being hung up on multiple times today while trying to replace a lost debit and credit card, I am now so willing to close my accounts.

This THE WORST location you can go to. I say this as I am sitting in this drive thru line for almost 15 minutes so far. And not a single car hasn't even moved yet. You can't even get out of the line if you wanted to as there's a line of cars that just pile up behind you. I don't understand how for such a busy location.. Next to the Sawgrass Mall the service is THIS slow.

In order for me to even post this, I have to give it a single star; which I don't think that this bank...or even, chain deserves. Let me cut to the chase: The customer service here in South Florida is the absolute definition of horrible. Terrible. Use an expletive-based explanation, multiply it times 100 and you're still nowhere close to how horrible the service is. I've done business with them for upwards of 5 years. I opened an account when I lived on the west coast and it seemed like an okay bank to do business with. However, I loved here to SoFla 5yrs ago and was aghast at the acumen. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I've went into one of their branch offices, there has been a plethora of customers waiting in queue for service. Name tagged employees arbitrarily move around, not clearly serving any real purpose other than staying the heck away from customers who need service. There's almost ALWYAS a single teller to serve 8-10 people in line. Sure, if you've got more time than money, this is the bank for you. Be prepared for some reallllllllllyyyyyy sllllllloooowwwww service when you come here. Go to Chase across the street or Wells Fargo just across from there. You'll get better service than what this chain offers.

1 star because I can't give them ZERO!! Longest wait I've ever had in a bank. Couldn't verify a check that came directly from one of their own accounts. Banking hours are awful. Get a grip bank of America. I hope you guys go out of business!!

I just want to start off by saying I have never wrote a review for a bank neither did I ever think I was but after my experience today I just had to ! I came thru the drive thru with a bunch of deposits for my job & of course they were all messed up ! But thanks to belkis she assured me on exactly how to make all the deposits right & walked me thru step by step ! I know any job isn't easy & she could have just sent me on my way but she didn't . & I am beyond grateful for that , so I just wanted to leave a review to show my gratitude towards belkis at this location ! She's definitely a great & hard worker ! Thank you - Sydney

I started working in this area recently, so I use this location's drive-thru teller services. I usually withdraw cash for budgeting purposes, so I use the teller instead of the ATM because they make change. I was told that they are making an exception today, but usually they ask that withdrawals under $500 be done inside. I was puzzled because I had been doing this here and at other BofA locations for almost a year and I was never told this. I asked the teller if it was something new and she said no. Anyways, it left a bad taste in my mouth and to top it off she didn't even say have a nice day or anything when she completed the transaction. I've been with BofA for over 15 years! Very poor.

I've been in line inside for the past 15 minutes and the line hasn't moved. The place is packed and there's only 2 tellers one of which is taking care of "merchant" customers. Horrible customer service every time I come here. Glad my primary bank is Suntrust. It's like going to Walmart vs Target.

Poorly run drive thru. Takes an incredible amount of time to get anything done. This branch is the closest to my home. I have stopped coming here and drive a little further to another branch to get my banking done.
