I DO NOT RECOMMEND! There are so many things wrong with this place I didn’t even last 60 days. No one communicates anything with each other or to you the person I see for drop off isn’t her teacher so she could never answer any questions. Nothing is reported to the Director so she doesn’t know anything either. I noticed my daughter had a mark on her lip when I asked what happened no one could tell me anything, she also had a mark on her leg and again no answers. I provided my own milk and for some reason sometimes they wouldn’t give it to her. They give them tapwater out of the sink to drink which I think is crazy and my daughter kept getting diaper rashes and she’s never had one before she started at this school. No one told me she was getting a rash, but requested that I bring cream for her which I thought was weird when I have Vaseline for her because they ask for a diaper rash cream to already be provided whether they have a rash or not, so that indicates they are sitting in their diapers. After noticing the rash I cleared it up at home and provided them with the ointment of my choice two weeks later she has another rash and they’re using a cream on her that I did not give them and it was making her rash worse and still no one notified me of the rash. When I asked Ms. Shay why is she sitting in dirty diapers she asked if I had pictures of the rash and then said “well we don’t know that” as if it didn’t come from that or them. What else could it be? There were times her dad picked her up and she had a dirty diaper, they did a Christmas show and when she came out she had a dirty diaper. Just about all of the kids are always sick!! My daughter got sick three times in a row since she’s been at the school and it wasn’t even a full two months. They show you a food menu for the month but what you see isn’t always what they get. I just couldn’t take it anymore and I had to get her away from these people. Beware before you decide to leave your child here!!

I would not recommend putting you child in this school . I Put My Daughter in this school at 3 months . She only attended 1 week of this school because of how sick she gotten . First this place was super cold and they have no cameras so you have to believe what they are telling you . Your paying 340$ and no cameras I pay 310$ and I have live cameras now like that is ridiculous. Anyways My 3 month old caught a virus that was so bad it took 3 week for her to get better ! They were never PREPARED IN THE MORING. And they always had one person in the early morning with like 6 kids when that not is the limit per caretaker . The limit per caretaker is 4 baby’s to 1 caretaker why every time I dropped her off it was more than 4 baby in there with one caretaker. I felt so uncomfortable leaving my baby there that one morning I just took her with me instead of leaving her because of how unorganized they were. Then to top it off there was no structure and the director was not welcoming . What mostly disappointed me and got me really upset and I said it’s the last straw is when they had no one in the morning to take my child and they put a young girl in there who never been taking care of young babies before .she was always with the older older kids . The director swore this young women knew what she was doing and once again she had like 7 kids with her she needed help I was the one who had to tell the director that I’m not leaving my child if there isn’t a second caretaker in there because that is ridiculous. So later that day I came to check on my infant and why WAS THIS YOUNG GIRL OUTSIDE THE CLASS WITH MY 3 MONTH OLD TALKING TO HER COWORKER LIKE MY CHILD WASN'T IN HER HAND CRYING , EYES PUFFY NOSE RUNNING SHE LOOKED LIKE SHE WAS CRYING FOR 30 whole minutes that how bad my baby face looked . I was astonished to find this when I appeared then the women had the audacity to give me and attitude when I pay 340$ a week for this type of service for my infant .NO THATS NOT HOW THINGS WORK ! I immediately withdrew my child the same day and took all her stuff and left . I would never use this location . Now my daughter in daycare and she never gotten a sick no virus and she happy and they love her and treat her like there own . And they even change her clothes and follow what you ask of them . Always respectfully and never rude or have an attitude . Funny part is I actually liked ms.judy she was the only one who I trusted with my baby if she wasn’t there then I would of never want to even leave my child . this location need to do better !

The headaches arent worth thirteen hundred dollars a month! Causing diaper rashes because you're too busy running your mouth with other parents like you're not at work and my child is screaming crying--MISS JUDIE! Picked my son up one day and he had a rock in his mouth! The facility is never clean, kids always getting sick, ants crawling on top of the cubbies, kids walking around with snotty noses they don't even care to clean them. Cubbies unorganized, constantly losing and misplacing wipes and diapers, AND they gave my son dirty cups. I went to check on his cubby myself and all his cups were dirty, one cup had days old milk in it I gagged when I opened it! I always had to call and find out what was going on with my son almost every other day. The excuses were oh the tablet is acting up or the teacher forgot. Teachers have the AUDACITY to catch an attitude when you call them out or report issues to the director. Mainly Miss Judie! This is MY child that I AM PAYING you to care for. These are CHILDREN, not rocks! If you don't want to be there, go work at McDonald's or go home and tend to your own children as if they are rocks! Ms Barbara was the only one there with COMMON SENSE. I would call her while I was at work to ask her to keep a special eye on my son. I knew when she left I had to take my son out of there and I did JUST that. If you're a first time mother or father, this is NOT the place for you or your child. You will have absolutely NO piece of mind. If you care about the well-being of your child(ren) this is NOT the place for you or them. See screenshots!

We have had our son there for the last year and a half. He started out at 3 months. Miss Matilde, Miss Elena, Miss Barbara, and Miss Judy are absolutely amazing with the infants! They provide great care, safety, and love.

*warning this is a very detailed 5 year review*The quality of education at this center has deteriorated drastically. From the leaky water run off at the entrance of the building roof, to the J-Rigged A/C hose hanging out of the window in the front of the building. But Today was the most foul of all. I walked into the school at 1735 to pick up my son after receiving a missed call from the school at 1658 this afternoon. To my surprise I turned to see my 5 year old sitting on the FLOOR IN THE FRONT OFFICE in PLAIN VIEW and DIRECT FOOTPATH OF THE FRONT DOOR, other teachers and children saying their goodbyes to the DIRECTOR MS SHAY & the PEMBROKE PINES DIRECTOR MS JULIE (who were both sitting in the office ON CHAIRS whilst my child was instructed to sit on the floor.) After exchanging words about my son being on the floor with numerous chairs around & the deterioration of the children's behaviors since this very frail new teacher who displays no form of authority has been established, and since this center has begun to see an increasingly high turnaround rate she refused to acknowledge the fact that there is NO STRUCTURE within the VPK classroom due to this conflict. (Which she admitted to my sons father a week prior). However, She suddenly caught amnesia I asked her if this new frail teacher is the problem or is my son the problem? She looked down at my son (who's still sitting) and looked up at me and said "He's the problem" with the stinkiest attitude festering in her throat.Let's start here , My child has attended this school since the age of 6 months and has never been treated with such disrespect by another human more than this school has today. This school has gone from prestigious to dumpster fire. The teacher my child had was named Ms Alisha and from the moment she left -my child has not been given homework ,let alone a stable curriculum in class all they do is COLOR. Ms Alisha single-handedly had to be the best teacher to bless this schools existence. I say this with numerous parents to back this up because when she left they pulled their kids. The teachers here know my child and since Ms Jennifer left - this school has gone DOWNHILL.MS SHAY IS THE MOST WISHY WASHY DOUBLE EDGED SNAKE THERE.She will twist stories and jump to the highest degree of punitive measures ! For example, the constant nagging the parent about normal toddler behavior then expecting the parent to leave their job at moments notice to pick up their child when they could've handled the situation if they were properly trained. My child was blamed for saying an expletive in the class and to my surprise as any parent you honestly wonder where did my child learn this behavior , and you're lead to believe your child is a growing problem only to hear from MS SHAYS MOUTH THE NEXT DAY that it was something stated by another child in class the week PRIOR who the expelled! How will a child behave when there are 18 other children competing for the attention from the ONE TEACHER ?? They pry these surveys down your throat and tell you to give them good reviews right after some form of negligence so you can cover for them. When something happens to your child no one knows how he got gashed, or how every week he's coming home with new scratches, or how he's coming home with behavioral issues he's adapted from other kids! Or we could discuss WHY MY SON HAS BEEN SICK CONSTANTLY SINCE HES ATTENDED THIS SCHOOL.He's gotten every form of cold, flu, and respiratory issue (yes the vid too) you can think of at some point throughout his stay here and they pass it off as daycare sniffles. THE SINGLE REASON I have allowed my child to stay is because of the knowledge my son has gained from his teachers MS Cherry, and Ms Alisha who were personable and treated each child with care and love as if they were their own. I could go into detail about many more things and have receipts for every claim stated above too. Make sure you do your research before enrolling.

I have been with KinderCare Midtown for two months now. I cannot be happier with the level of care they provide to my baby. My 6 month old loves her teachers and is excited to every day. The daycare is clean. The app and teacher notes help keep me in touch with what's going on. I love it here. This is NOT the daycare where the 2 year old was left in the classroom.

My wife and I absolutely love this school and would highly recommend it for any parents that are looking for great place to send their kids. Our son has been enrolled for about 6 months now and we cannot believe we did not enroll him sooner. Mrs. Jennifer, Ms. Misty and the entire staff of teachers are amazing. There is constant communication and they have created a very close knit, family atmosphere which is evident whenever you drop off or pick up your kids. Daycare and schools (especially for first time parents) is an extremely nerve wrecking and difficult decision and after touring 3-4 other schools we could not be happier where we ended up. Thank you to the staff and all that they do because they are the reason why this has been such a great transition and experience for our son.

I recommend this school to anyone who is looking for a safe place for their child to grow and learn. My beautiful princess has been going here for about three years and she loves it. Her first teacher Ms Misty made her feel like a princess every day and taught her so much. Now she has Ms Shay and she is learning so much to get ready for Kindergarten in the Fall. I love Mrs Jennifer and anytime I have a question I can just go to Mrs Jennifer and she will answer it for me. We have a lot of laughs together and they just make me feel like they are a part of my family. It makes me feel really good about sending my princess there. I am going to put my baby there once she is born too. I really like that Mrs Jennifer and Ms Misty are always so friendly and welcoming on the outside of the school since I can't come in from the COVID. This is the best school in the area and you should call today to put your kid in there. They also speak English and Spanish so it helps when your English isn't the best like mine. Choose this school for your little ones today.

My Daughter has been attending KinderCare for almost a year and 1/2 and since the first day she started Her Teachers always made her seemed welcome. They have good communication, as well as making sure every parent receives any important messages or updates we need to know about. They are also well connected to the kids and you can tell that the kids have fun when they're there . I highly recommend this childcare facility for anyone who isn't sure about daycares.

My kids adjusted so quickly in this loving daycare. The teachers go above and beyond to make our littles comfortable and it shows. My kids don’t want to leave at the end of the day! The activities they do with them are so creative and enriching.I love everything about this place. I’m so happy my kids are happy at KinderCare. ❤️ It feels great to know they are in a safe and loving environment.

I enrolled my two daughters with Midtown Plantation Kindercare in late May. From my initial call/ tour I was impressed. My oldest 3yo daughter had never been in a daycare/learning center environment. She's a spirted little one, and Miss Misty and Miss Lovely were terrific at helping her acclimate to all of the new changes. There are days she still has a tough time, and she's always welcomed with warmth and a smile. I receive pictures/videos and updates through a very user friendly app showing all the activities she's doing. Her vocabulary and speech have improved tremendously. She's just graduated to Miss Alicia's class and I LOVE the lessons and activities she's engaged with. The Infant room is equally as wonderful. They treat my infant like she's one of their own. I'm a EBF mama and they've been very incredibly accommodating about me visiting her on my breaks to maintain our nursing relationship. The campus is currently closed to parents due to COVID, so they bring my baby out to me when I come to visit. It has helped immensely for the transition not only for my baby, but me too! They're Director, Miss Jen has done a terrific job of keeping their staff and the kids healthy. Just recently I had a flat tire in the parking lot and Miss Misty was out there helping me change the spare! She's absolutely wonderful and I feel incredibly lucky to have found this learning center. Thank you Midtown Plantation Kindercare!!

Our family absolutely loves Midtown Plantation Kindercare. We chose this center for our daughter just over 2 years ago based on the professionalism of the staff and the welcoming environment created by the then assistant director Ms. Sharonda and the director Mrs. Jennifer. After Ms. Sharonda left we were less than thrilled with the new assistant director and could tell there was definitely a shift in moral. We chose to keep our daughter there though, because of Mrs. Jennifer and her teacher at the time Ms. Misty. When COVID hit we took our daughter out for awhile, however, Ms. Misty and Mrs. Jennifer consistently called to check in on our family. Ms. Misty even gave us supplies and curriculum to help us keep our daughter up to speed. Once our daughter returned after a few months it was really hard to know what the kids were doing day to day and what was going in the center, since parents weren’t allowed in. Our daughter started in the VPK program with Ms. Shay in August and has learned so much. We are consistently impressed by all the things she is learning. In the last several weeks Miss Misty has been helping with the day to day operations of the assistant director while she has been out on leave, and has done an incredible job. Ms. Misty and Mrs. Jennifer have crated picture boards and utilized their chalk board outside so during dropoff and pick up parents have a chance to see what things the center is doing and what the kids are doing. There also seems to have been a shift in moral, which reminds us of the days when the old assistant director was there. We even chose to enroll our 20 month old son there sooner than we had planned, because we were really impressed and excited about the changes we have seen since Miss Misty has been helping fill in for the assistant director duties. We absolutely love this center and how they have kept all the kids safe and healthy through the pandemic.
