DO NOT TRUST THEM! They added a “move out charge” that was never specified in the lease or anywhere, and they added a day’s rent because their office was closed on the day for me to turn in my keys. They did not return my phone calls or (several) emails, when I tried to discuss the fees, and instead sent it to a collection agency. I shouldn’t have been too surprised because, when living there, they fined me $75, saying (completely incorrectly) that my rental insurance had lapsed. With some hassle - I lived there then so they couldn’t ignore me - I got that corrected. Still, their mode is “Money Grab.”
Vicious dogs! It’s nice that they’re dog friendly. But it gets quite scary when an owner/tenant is holding back two growling, snarling dogs pulling at the end of their leashes. One man told me his two are pit bulls (the rental info says pit bulls are not allowed), another pair was Dobermans, and there were a couple of other large aggressive dogs of unknown breed. I like dogs but not when they’re in attack mode.
Lost mail - If your package isn’t delivered to you correctly, it is left on the table in the mailroom, mine evidently was stolen. Even though it’s the mail carrier or UPS person’s job, why can’t the office have a secure place for it to be left, as a help to tenants?
Oh yeah, about the Money Grab, they post invitations to a “party” and add it to your rent whether or not you attend.
I am SO HAPPY I DON’T LIVE THERE ANY MORE!

I can without reservation say that my leasing experience has been the best I have ever experienced. The professionalism, attention to detail and the effort made to make sure that my move in was perfect cannot be described. The ladies in the office immediately made you feel like this is a family. The reception i received was a 15 on a 1-10. Midtown24 is very lucky to have this winning team.
My brother lived her several years ago and it was his experience that made me return.
My unit was absolutely spotless and ready to.
I want to thank everyone.

I love Midtown24! It feels like I’m living in a hotel. And the administrative staff is beyond helpful and kind. Alcira helped me through the process from Day 1. Her kindness, energy, and compassion adds so much to midtown and I’m so grateful for her.

I lived at Midtown 24 for a year. My contract clearly said the exact day my lease would be up. Yet the management office tried to tell me to leave almost a month early. They claimed that my contract was ending sooner than it was. I had to bring my copy of the contract downstairs to the management office in order to prove that I had another month left on my lease. Only then, would they accept that I had a right to keep living there without extending my lease. Just imagine what would have happened if I had lost my copy of the contract!
On the day my lease was up, I needed to hand over my keys in order to be considered “moved out”. My lease was over on Sunday but management gets the weekend off. There is no way to contact them on weekends or after hours. When they clock off, they’re OFF! Nothing is going to get in the way of their free time. So I had to hand in the keys the following day. Keep in mind that the apartment was already unoccupied and I was living elsewhere. But what happened? I got a bill for $127 for “an extra day”! All because they couldn’t be bothered to meet me on a weekend. When I argued and refused to pay the absurd fee, they submitted it to a debt collection agency and it was put on my credit as an outstanding debt.
1- a couple of times a month some random person will scream as if they’re being murdered. They do this in the car loop in the front of the building. This usually happens between 1AM - 4AM In the morning. I got so sick of waking up and debating on whether to be a person with a conscience or to roll over and get sleep. In the end I always got up, walked out to my balcony and made sure that it was just some rude hooligans and that no one was dying or getting mugged.
2- it’s faster to count the number of times that the elevator was working than the many times it was broken. Same with the AC. Same with the garage gate.
3- What idiot designed the staircase so that it connects to a random location outside rather than the lobby? I get that it’s fire safety effective but it’s awful when I’ve got groceries and the elevator is broken, yet again. Having to go outside the building (possibly in the rain) before I can go upstairs is just dumb.
4- Some moron, probably the same fool who designed the stairs, made it so the gym is isolated on a corner of the rooftop of the pool deck. Meaning that if it starts raining during your workout, you have to run through the rain to get back to the main building where the elevators are.
7- For months, the jacuzzi that wasn’t working looked like a breeding ground for some of the sludge type monsters you might see on a kids video game. Finally they covered it up with boards because, you know- why fix an amenity the tenants could otherwise use?
8- there’s a sauna but you have to be naked to used it. No swim suits allowed. You cannot reserve it either. Let’s all be culturally supportive and make believe this is Asia. Public bathing with complete strangers butt naked for the win!
9- Why use carpet in the upstairs hallways, where all of the apartment rooms are, when this is a pet friendly apartment? It’s like the designer, who built this place, never once had to clean dog urine out of a rug in their entire life.
10- Owning a dog, elevator is broken, coming back from a walk while those hyper big dogs the neighbor owns are coming downstairs at the same time, trying to do staircase tetris with 3 dogs, for every walk… yeah oh and they aren’t friendly with smaller dogs. Fml.
11- Good luck trying to explain to visitors A- where to park (cause visitor parking looks like they’re parking in some other business’s area) B- where the entrance is (I walked 3 full circles around that building the first time I tried to find it) C- what times of day the entrance isn’t locked or that you’ll need to meet them at the door with a key (cause having a clearly designated visitor parking area with obvious entrance would likely kill somebody)

Went to Midtown 24 looking for an apartment and Carolina was so helpful she asked great questions to help determine which floor plan would best suit my needs. Unfortunately, after all the fees It became out of my price range. But kudos to Carolina!

I’ve visited this place twice now, and I absolutely love the vibe—it has a beautiful, upscale feel! The associate, Carolina, is fantastic. She’s not only friendly but also took the time to patiently answer my partner’s silly questions. Highly recommend!

I ended my lease at Midtown 24 last month due to job relocation, otherwise I would definitely renew for another year. Throughout my 5 years living experience here, there was really nothing to complain about. Plantation is a great area, and the location of this apartment was perfect, some major grocery stores and good food places are accessible within 5 mins drive. The building is secure, as you will need your key fob to enter the entrance and use elevators. You can see the janitor guy working every morning and the maintenance team was well responsive. Staff in front office was nice, I never had to put myself into any conflicts with them; I changed unit two times over the past 5 years (from 1b to 2b and back to 1b), and the process was very smoothly. Post lease procedure was nice and simple, you just receive a check two weeks after moving out ( I also got the majority of my security deposit back). There was not many high floor luxury apartments in this area when I first moved to Plantation, and I do not regret choosing Midtown 24 and calling it my home. I want to thank all the staff members for their great services and hope all the best for Midtown 24 :))
