Horrible... robbed me and acted like they couldn't refund my money... between the app and the workers at this place... they do a terrible job... especially for a guy who spends so much money with this place. Ownership also is doing a horrendous job of rectifying this matter. Oh well, I will let it go because I know they will pay in some kind of way... I just don't want to hear anyone say why this happened... because nobody ever thinks about what someone is going through yet they have the nerve to rob people's hard-earned money and hunger.

So I ordered online,went through drive thru because i had an email saying it was ready. It wasn't. I had to wait in a parking space. Waiting. Waiting. Waiting. A bag was given to the guy next to me. He went in wrong order. Right after he came out, a worker came back out with a wrinkled bag for me. I said I wasn't taking that, that man just dug all in the bag. The worker did apologize and showed me she threw away the bag but come on that's gross

Customer service is almost non-existent. If you're not savvy using the McD App on your phone, you're out of luck. The robotic guy who gave his name as "Edward" was unable/unwilling to help me navigate the App to place my order. It seems that their focus here is the drive-thru service. McD has lost its attention to loyal customers.

The restaurant was spotless, with clean tables and a tidy atmosphere. The service was lightning fast, with friendly staff who took my order quickly and efficiently. The staff were also very attentive, checking in on me throughout my meal to ensure everything was to my liking. And most importantly, the food was delicious! I was thoroughly satisfied with my meal and would highly recommend this McDonald's location to anyone looking for a quick, reliable and tasty bite.

Not 24 hours. This is a 10 by 10 fix. Under $10 under 10 mins. Peel and stick correct graphics for appropriate hours on door and log into Google business account & submit correct hours. Smh it simple. Instead they choose to have people waste there time.

Ordered a burger from here today asked for no onions, no onions was noted on the receipt and a special sticker on the box. The burger had 7 pieces of onions on the burger I had to pick out, one was the size of my two fingers and the length. I called and spoke with the manager while heading to Miami. He said I could get a refund if I bring back the burger and receipt. I advised I had eaten the meat but was willing to bring back the box of onions to show the employee didn't do their job. He said he needed the whole burger back. Umm, I didn't ask for no meat sir, I asked for no onions. So, make sure you run your fingers through your burger if you ordered no onions before leaving the parking lot because there's a chance, you'll have onions, and you won't get a refund unless you bring back the WHOLE BURGER!! Seriously!!!
