After many weeks and many visits to Jewelry stores around the tri-county area, I was lucky enough to find this place. Save yourself the stress and come here if you’re seeking; honest staff (and not salespeople), a reputable family business (and not a corporate chain), and competitive prices for high quality products. I bought my girlfriend’s dream engagement ring from here with the help of Susan and the other staff. I couldn’t be happier.

Allan was amazing at educating us on lab-made diamonds and was such a great guide in ensuring the designed engagement ring we envisioned came to life. The jewelry techs did a phenomenal job and we are extremely happy with the results. Very friendly environment and A+ customer service. 10/10 Recommend!

My wife was looking for a specific gold letter piece. They did not have in stock. Alan was very helpful and looked it up for us on the web and was able to get it shipped for her. Very professional. Can’t get this kind of service at the mall.

This is now been my second time using Matthew‘s jewelers, and I will no longer be using them again.The first time I went to get jewelry repaired / possibly replaced. I felt as though no one wanted to help me, I was treated a little poorly and it seemed I was wasting their time.I reluctantly went back because my family friend is a regular there, so when I had accumulated a few pieces of gold jewelry that needed repairs I decided to give them another shot - finding a reputable jeweler seems to be hard to find.I left two gold necklaces and a gold bracelet to be repaired needing new clasps. It took over 3 1/2 weeks. I dropped my jewelry off on February 2, 2024. I heard nothing from Matthews jeweler all month. I picked up the phone and called them yesterday asking the status of my jewelry. The woman on the phone did not know. She told me she would call me back. When she did call me back she told me my jewelry had been ready.? And said it was done two weeks ago. Why had no one called me or left me maybe a voice mail? They said a txt was sent on the 16th? I wonder why wouldn’t a reportable business give me a courtesy call to inform me that my gold jewelry was ready. I understand these things take time, but does no one pick up the phone and call people anymore? I work 6 days a week and receive a bunch of spam texts .. I just think it’s baffling that no one called me not once also my bill for 3 goldClaps was $200I don’t mind the price so much as how my business was handled seems unprofessional to me
