I am scheduled to return my lease and passed by on Saturday August 24th. I was told I needed the service manager to be able to do a lease return. He left as we were pulling in. It was 11:30am... fine. A lovely service guy told us that he checked and said we needed to come back on Monday at that they were open 7 to 7.
Monday comes around and we rush from work to make it to the dealer to do the return. Now we are told it has to be Monday to Friday 7am to 4:30pm. So after being given wrong information no one could help. The supposed sales manager with the ridiculous mustache literally looked at me, ignored me and walked away.
Terrible customer service. Will NEVER buy a car from here.

Excellent customer service my third vehicle with them I would highly recommend them to anyone. They’re honest, friendly easy to work with great management and my salesman. Mike Mangano was amazing. Five stars.

I do a lot of business and need parts from dealerships. I was approached to buy from here and when I get on phone with parts people it never gets handled correctly or no answer after calling several several times. I try and go through other departments to get in touch with parts department and get passed around like im nothing. I've had over $17,000 in the past few months of parts I needed to order that this dealership lost out on. Goodluck on your future endeavors with anyone else.

Purchased my first vehicle here years ago although knowing I had had a low credit score and unable to get a co-signer at the time the dealership finance department figured to scramble numbers and get me into a vehicle with an interest rate of 23% unfortunately not knowing better at the time these crooks saw an opportunity for their best interest and got me into a deal I regret. I decided to take another vehicle I purchased to have serviced by their mechanics and knowing some knowledge about the my repair process they thought they would be able to pass one on me and totally explained how it needed to stay at the repair shop for a day and so and would be a charge of $2000. When I eventually explained that I knew the exact part i needed and said how that bogus process they said that needed to be done was invalid the service rep was fabricating false information he became pale as a ghost and handed over my keys although he first stated that by them inspecting my vehicle would be a charge of $150 if I recall correctly and that would be applied to the repair if I decided to proceed . That $150 was not even applied after I caught them in their lies ! DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE A FRAUD !

Terrible service my truck sat there for almost 3 weeks. They never looked at it and when I came to pick it up they said that they had broken it down to see what was wrong and charge me over 1,000. to get back. Never again. Terrible hard to get the service person on the phone. I had a mechanic look at it. He said they never broke the truck down at all. I had it towed back home.

Jonathan and Brandon took amazing care of me and made this an extremely simple and hassle free purchase. I would recommend this dealership to anybody interested in a new or used car/truck. They had vehicles in stock I couldn’t find at other dealerships to take a look at before deciding on which one I was going to purchase. Thanks again guys for all the help!
