Terrible Customer Service! I have warranty on my vehicle and they were so rude to deal with, insisted I go back to the dealership that I purchased the vehicle from. Then they told me I need to submit a claim to Chrysler, which is False. I started to get frustrated and then he tells that they are only Chrysler body shop in Florida ANOTHER LIE. These people have 0 customer service skills. They turned a lead into a negative review in a 5 minute conversation. If the business response that I was rude. YES 100% after taking their stupidity for too long.

As a snowbird, I service my vehicle twice a year, once in the north Sept/Oct and once in Florida April. 3 years ago, I brought my vehicle for oil change and inspection. I was told you need to change the PCV valve. 2 years ago, I was told I needed more than $4000 recommended maintenance issues. I pushed back and ask them to provide the list of recommendations and I'd take care of them up north. No list was provided and I was unable to action the list. I took the vehicle in for inspection upon returning north and there were no items to be actioned. What's up? Took my vehicle in again today and once again a barrage of maintenance items was recommended, including replace PCV valve. I haven't even put on 6000 miles and it is due again? I think this place acts on peoples fears and upswells them in unnecessary maintenance items. Shame on them!

I don't know how this place has such low reviews, but we could speak more highly of this place. We had an emergency issue happen with our vehicle, and we're looking to get it resolved as soon as possible (something we didn't expect to happen). We called and stopped at a few dealerships, and they all basically laughed at us and told us it would be weeks before they could touch our vehicle. We called this dealership and spoke to Derick and he recommended we stop by so they could assess the issue. Not only did they confirm the issue, but they had the part in stock, and got our vehicle in for repair immediately. They finished it in a couple hours, and even took care of a couple of recall issues that we'd been neglected. All in all, we would ABSOLUTELY recommend going here. And ask for Derick Emile and Khadir. Thanks fellas!

I just made my 4th vehicle lease or purchase from Massey Yardley. Been going there for years and working with John Falco for most of those deals. I have to say I live closer to several Jeep dealerships and always end up at Massey because even after supposedly making a deal online, it's always different when I show up. John works with me, has given me the best deals and is truly an honest person. I always say "this is my forever vehicle", but somehow end up upgrading....if I do, I will be going back to Massey. And this last time my finance manager was Chip Snyder...Let me tell you, this guy went to bat for me! He quoted me a rate that was a little higher than my credit union and I was tempted to use the CU, but he called me and beat that rate....I work and have little time to visit a dealer, so it's important to do as much of the leg work ahead of time. Chip did everything via phone/text and when I showed up that night, I was out in less than 1 hour..WOW....Less than 1 hour at a dealership...and it was pleasant talking to Chip and John....they interacted with my 2 young kids and wife as if we were old friends....THAT's how it should be. I have never dreaded visiting Massey Yardley and I highly recommend it to friends and family.

This is regarding the service department. I dropped my car off on Friday and was told the issue wasn't a big deal and I'd more than likely be able to pick it up the next day. At noon on Saturday, I called and spoke with a sarcastic, argumentative service tech who told me that my car hadn't been diagnosed yet and it wouldn't even get looked at until Monday. Very unreliable and disappointing place. I'll chalk it up to underpaid staff who really don't get paid enough to give af about the l caring for your vehicle. Only bring your vehicle here if you're under some kind of warranty and HAVE to. I won't use this place again and learned my lesson.

I brought my Jeep Wrangler in to the service dept for a 23 point inspection which cost me $1301.54. My spouse marked my tires prior to make sure that they were rotated and sure enough when I got home they claimed to have rotated and balanced all four tire, none of the tires were ever removed. I called back and Nate Tobias (advisor) told me to bring it back and they would have them rotated ASAP. I went back this morning which was a good 1.5 hrs out of my day. They supposedly rotated them again and got home to find they never touched them. I suspect they did nothing at all and suspect they are ripping people off claiming they are servicing their vehicles. SLEAZY DEALERSHIP!!!

The service department is the absolute worst. I think probably it's because they underpay their mechanics and so have the cheapest help they could find. When you buy a new Jeep, you get 3 free oil changes. Well, two separate times I took the morning off of work to go in for an oil change, only to leave without getting the oil changed. I'm the first there in the morning, on a weekday, and they park my Jeep in the parking lot staging area and it sits there for hours without anyone touching it. No matter how many times I ask, they say "Oh, it's the next one". I get so angry I ask for my keys back and leave, then go to a local oil change station and pay for it. I will never take my vehicle in for service there and waste my time again.

I tried giving this place less than one star, but it's not possible on this site. I bought my 2017 Fiat 500 Pop brand new in 2017, along with it I bought four spare tires that I was told if I'm ever in trouble on the road all I have to do is have my car towed to a Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat dealership. I won't have any problems, I'll get a new tire and be on my way. I had a tire replaced before in NYC, so I had experience with this guarantee and I had three tires left. I decided to go on a road to trip from NYC to Fort Lauderdale. On my 6th or 7th night in Fort Lauderdale, somehow my front right tire blew out, the whole tire needed to be replaced. I called on a weekday morning to Massey Yardley Dealership, Wednesday, January 19th at 9:34am. I spoke to a service representative, I didn't catch his name, didn't think to do that, and I explained my problem. He looked up my VIN number and saw that I had 3 extra tires left on my account. I told him I was from out of town. I asked him how long it would take to change out the tire for a new one. He said 15 - 20 mins. He told me to come on by!! I was like great, this was easy. By the time I got my things together, checked out of my hotel, called a tow truck, my car arrived at the dealership around 1pm. Still pretty early, right!! I had to take a taxi to the dealership, the tow truck driver couldn't drive me because of COVID. My cell was dead so the hotel called me a taxi, that was $23. This is where the fun starts. I get to the dealership after of my car. When I arrive at the service department, I'm not just ignored by everyone in the room, I'm like a ghost. If that was any foreshadowing to what I was about to undertake. When I finally speak to someone, he tells me that they don't have my tire, that it has to be ordered, and that it will arrive the next day. Meaning that I would have to pay for another night in Fort Lauderdale at a hotel, pay for my Uber to that hotel and back to the dealership the next day. So that's $95.09 for a night a La Quinta, $17.59 and $15.71 for my Ubers. 23 + 95.09 +17.59 + 15.71= $151.39. That's how much extra I spent because I was lied to. I was livid when I found out I would have to leave my car there over night. I was told to go there and not to worry. I was told I'd be out of there is 15-20 mins. I told the service representative if I had known or been told the truth, that they in fact didn't have a tire there for me the whole time, I would have never brought my car there. NEVER!! I'm from NYC, not stupid. I was so angry, I just kept repeating to him, "I would have never brought my car here had I known you didn't have a tire for me. What would have been the point? Im from out of town, I need to go! I need my car today!" Then he has the nerve to tell me that had I arrived before 1pm, they would have been able to change it. Something else that I wasn't told. I wasn't told when to arrive. I was told come we'll have your tire changed in 15-20mins. I suffer from a rare neurological autoimmune disorder called neurosarcoidosis and mental illness. I'm only fully functional for a certain number hours during the day. Then i experience extreme fatigue. I was just diagnosed in July 2021. I would have never put myself in a position to experience more stress than I could handle. This moment had me at wits end. My options were to leave the car there and wait until the next day or find another dealership that ACTUALLY has my tire, call a tow truck again at an extra cost to me, pay for another taxi while lugging all my baggage. It took me two hours to decide what to do, but it was difficult because I was having a panic attack and experiencing mental fog. I was so tired and defeated at that point that I decided to leave the car there and just go back to the hotel that I had just checked out from. The fun isn't over yet. So the next day I call around 9:15am give or take a few minutes. I spoke to my service representative. He said to me that they have the

Brought my car there as it's the closest dealer to where I live. Both times I had to bring the car back as the original repair was not done properly or inadequate parts were used. Last time I brought it back, they took 2 days to look at it, when I picked up the car I noticed my cellphone charger was gone l. Had to call back numerous times only for them to tell me they don't know what happened. Service Manager offered a free oil change but I don't trust bringing my car back.

Just bought my second car from this dealership and can't say enough good things! Fist time I knew what I wanted and knew how much I wanted to spend. I spent no more than maybe 2 hours in the dealership. It was quick and easy, left with my one of a kind Jeep Wrangler JK. Second time I did some shopping around the lot because I knew i wanted bigger, I just didn't know what color or specs I wanted. Either way, great customer service. Austin was attentive, up front, and all around very personable, made the experience a breeze. I left with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had a great experience with the sales man, finance department, and service department (Reneir). Thanks guys!
