Most of the clothing is floral I wouldn't say it's much cheaper then the non backstage part they had sale 40% off I think this place is ment more for adults then teens customer service is great

Good quality finds here. Surprisingly found more than I expected in backstage.Tip: If you dont want to deal with a longer lines in the macy’s backstage, check if all itesm you picked from thenackstage has a price tag. If all items have it, yoy can checkout at any counters in the store. This will easily save you a good amount of time and also make it easy for overly worked backstage staff.

Macy's backstage is located on the second floor of the regular Macy's store. It's the closeout or bargain department of Macy's and you can always find some good value stuff in here. It's positioned as the off price, on trend, arriving daily store within Macy's. The one advantage is that if you are a Star Rewards member, you can also collect points by shopping at Macy's Backstage. I found a few nice home decor items in here.Nicely setup and very nicely organized.

Someone used my credit card number to purchase $1,700+ worth of merchandise at this Macy's location and when I called them, they seemed to busy to even have a 30 second conversation about it. What little they did say insinuated that it was not their problem and they seemed unwilling to help in the least, as this person continued to make purchases (3 in total) in their store while I was on the phone with Macy's! Unbelievable!
