It's regrettable that I have to even write this review, but I feel it's important to highlight the unacceptable conditions at Broward Mall (MAC) Macy's. Not only are the escalators often non-functional and hazardous, but the attitude of the employees, particularly Shelby, was disappointing. Despite booking our appointments two weeks in advance for my daughter's prom makeup and my own, we encountered a negative vibe from the moment we arrived. While the makeup artist for myself was great, my daughter wanted to switch artists due to a preference in style. Unfortunately, this simple request escalated into a larger issue, leaving us with a thoroughly unpleasant experience. I would caution others to consider their options carefully before choosing this location for any special occasion.

Had an appointment for makeup, which was spoken about at length when booked, for 4:00 today. Received a call this morning confirming a facial appt, not makeup. I explained I had booked a makeup appt and not a facial appt, and they were unable to accommodate the makeup appt. At this point there is no one with any availability for this afternoon, leaving me SOL. Incompetence across the board.

I got my makeup done here and it was absolutely horrible and that’s my 1st time ever complaining about getting my makeup done at a Mac counter top at Macys, I’ve been to Boca, Galleria and Adventura and could never complain but my experience at this Macys Mac was horrible and I don’t recommend them for their service! I only came here cause Galleria Mall Macys Mac was closed, but I really rather I did my own makeup at this point cause I’m truly disappointed.

my MAC and was fortunate enough to live above a Mac Studio in Manhattan on the upper east side and always took advantage of it. Every chance I got especially when I went to a Broadway play.

Hello, visited Mac in Pembroke Pines Macys last Friday and had the stylist named Precious work a Smokey eye look on me. She was extremely professional, removed all my bags and made my eyes sparkle like a celebrity. She was also full of great advice and steered me away from the black Smokey eye to the brown Smokey eye. This was a better look suited for my features. All I had to do was make my appointment in advance and purchase 2 items. One of which was my new long lashes. Please visit and book with Pre ious she was AWESOME!!

On the 02/16/2022, I visited Mac Cosmetics at the Broward Mall. I dealt with Christine, she was absolutely amazing!!!! I must say this young lady knows her job. She is very friendly, extremely gentle and most of all knows how to serve her customer!!!! Christine, did my makeup and was on point. She knew exactly how to match my makeup with my skin tone. Her managers and the management of Mac Cosmetics, should have more associates like Christine. She really did impress me with her service.I will highly recommend Christine to anyone who’s looking for there makeup to be done.FYI: I had another associate from this location gave me a trail and agreed to do my makeup on my big day!!! That associate set me up!!! But!!!Christine saved my day!!!! And was even better than that other person!!!!Christine thanks so much for your wonderful service.
