I visited this store in an attempt to place a warranty claim on a pair of Oakley frames. I had previously submitted a warranty claim on these frames which I believe were defective. I was the only customer in the store. The manager looked up my purchase history and quickly told me that it was past the year mark and that I needed to contact Oakley. She was very rude and condescending. I felt like she just wanted for me to leave the store. I have been a long time customer of Lens Crafters, having spent over $1,700 earlier in the year. The customer service has certainly declined. I will certainly not be returning to this Lens Crafters store.

Dr. Brice Hsu was my attending doctor. He treated me very well and was considerate during the entire testing procedure. His team was also very considerate and efficient at making sure that the entire process was quickly completed and that I was satisfied with all tests administered. I would recommend them to a friend or family member in the future should the need arise. The supporting sales woman was also very considerate and assisted me in choosing the best pair of glasses possible.

Excellent customer service. My nose pad broke on my recently purchased glasses and not only did they replace them for free they upgraded them to softer more comfortable pads. Highly recommend their services.

Elyse was very attentive and helpful. She helped me find a replacement frame for my glasses and repaired the nose piece on my current glasses. Very quick and efficient!
