If I could give Snipes a lower star rating, I definitely would. The customer service in this store is hands down the worst I've ever experienced. I came in with the intention of purchasing shoes for my niece. As I approached an associate, I politely asked if they had the shoes in a specific size. Instead of assisting me, she gave me a dismissive look and replied in a snarky tone, "You can go over there and look," pointing vaguely at the wall in another direction. Her lack of willingness to help was clear.
Feeling taken aback by her attitude, I mentioned to her that they should have better customer service standards. Surprisingly, she responded with even more rudeness. Frustrated by this unprofessional behavior, I decided to escalate the matter and asked to speak with the manager. To my dismay, I was informed that the same associate who had been rude to me was actually the manager on duty.
In my opinion, she is clearly unsuited for a managerial role or urgently needs retraining in customer service skills.To be treated disrespectfully as soon as I walked into the store was extremely disheartening.
I left the store without making a purchase and have no intention of ever returning. The overall experience was deeply disappointing and left a lasting negative impression.

I had never heard or seen a Jimmy Jazz store before, so I went inside intrigued by it.The first Jimmy Jazz opened its doors in 1989 and quickly became a top sneaker destination in the New York Metro area. This store inside the Broward Mall had a lot of shoes but also a lot of sporty appareal.The vibe is very young, urban, chic. Many of the major sporting good brands can be found here like Adidas, Crocs, Nike, Jordan, New Balance, Polo, Snipes, Juicy Couture and more...As I was browsing around the store, none of the salespeople made eye contact nor greeted me...none asked me if I needed any help...I felt the customer service here was lacking...after not finding anything to buy, I walked away...

I'm really unsatisfied with the store I really think every one need too check there shoes ? my jordan 7 I just got for Christmas 2k22 seem too be fake the paint ? coming off all ready when I try too wipe the dirty off them an mine you I paid full price $224 I only was using a white paper Napton no rag or tooth brush with only dam water unsatisfied unbelievable an I simply ask was the shoes authentic before my purchase now I feel I have fake jordan 7 for Christmas .Good store but if the shoes not really real yol should lower the price honestly..?? I'm just saying

So got a present for Christmas from my mother in law. She obviously did not give me a receipt. The shoes did not fit went to the store thinking they would give me a store credit. Their policy is you can’t exchange without a receipt, not even for a store credit. So don’t buy a gift for anyone from here and make sure you don’t lose your receipt or else there is nothing that can be done according to the manager. Buyer beware.

Ashley, Snyder and Geroy are amazing employees. Snyder is an awesome sales person that has an eye for detail. Snyder is a future manager in the making. Ashley the manager is the glue that holds everything together. Ashley is very polite, kind and passionate about her job. Ashley is very customer service oriented. What an amazing team. Geroy is a team player and is very pervasive. I enjoyed the ambience of the store and how clean it is. I love the tennis shoes and the great shirts. The entire staff is friendly and very efficient at there job. I had to take a minute to put a spoke light on great customer service. Thanks again everyone for all of your assistance.

My experience at jimmy jazz was very unpleasant the store manager was very rude and disrespectful y’all need to get a new store manager because y’all are going to lose a lot of business with her funky attitude like people owe her something I would never shop here again
