I was never notified that my 2nd pair of glasses were ready for pickup. I wasn't provided with a glasses case nor cleaning cloth nor cleaning sample kit like other places do. My glasses were handed over in a cheaply made glasses sleeve.

I had a great experience at this location. The manager assisted me and she is very personable. She explained how my employer benefits could be used for my prescription and broke it all down for me. She also told me how I could save money on my prescriptions and exams. Her name is Alece and I like that even though she is the manager and has to deal with so many customers, she takes the time to talk to you, assist and let you know how you can save money. I'll keep going back to this location.

The Doctor was OK, prescription was good but the customer service was horrendous. Before I made any commitment with this business I specifically asked "how long will to take get back my eyeglasses" if I ordered them today the receptionist said two weeks... well after a month and half I finally got them. The price was high and the service was poor.

The staff is nice they make you feel comfortable, but the exam itself it very fast myself personally I like real exams that take longer then 2 minutes I fell like if I was to get glasses from then they wouldn't even be accurate prescription lenses

Great Doctor and they will mail your contact lenses to your door. The Doc here really cares and listens to your needs. He will put you in a lens that will fit your lifestyle. I wished they carried more designer brands of frames, but you can have your visit order contacts in the store to be sent to your house, and get your designer glasses frames wherever you like.

They are not very good when it comes to getting glasses on time. I've leaned that the Doctor is good but better to order your glasses from another place sad but true. :-( Also they did send me a text saying after a year I have an appointment that I never made... ?

The exam was very nice! But that was it. I was told the day of my exam it would take 2 weeks until I get my glasses. I am now finishing my 4th week and after calling the store all week I "might" get them today....I don't have my hopes up.*I had to edit post since I called again this morning and was told they are still not here and might get it next week. Also I did my exam 3 weeks before I would start my new job, which is all computer based, and they are still not ready. My advice if you need them now get the rush delivery they offer or make sure you don't need it for that month. I would never recommend this jcpenney (in the Broward mall) to anyone and I hope that whoever reads this would weigh all their options before making this mistake. And it's already been 4weeks and next week will be 5 weeks. Just don't shop for your glasses here it's just terrible.
