Annie and her Team are amazing! They’re super knowledgeable and they make you feel like family when you walk in the door. I’ve had some not so please at interactions at other Jared locations that shall remain nameless, but I can say for a fact that the customer service at the Plantation location is second to none!

Rosie, Jordan, Paul and Annie provided excellent customer service to me and my wife. They assisted with me getting a nice diamond upgrade for my wife's wedding ring. And they also assisted me with the purchase of a diamond chain set.

This store is amazing! Update: today I went to purchase a gift for my wife, and Rosie assisted me and she showed me everything I was looking for and was just amazing with her service! Me and my family love this store. Annie the manager always goes above and beyond. Paul, was assisting and they did a great job! Jose from the shop also had a great service and very quick to assist. Best store ever.

I did a repair and the service was excellent! Rosie went far and beyond. She was attentive and provided great recommendations. The repair was excellent and they even polish it!! Look how shiny it looks!

Let me tell you guys my experience at Jared today. Rosie what's the best salesperson I have dealt with in my entire life. She made the ride so easy explaining every details on the diamonds marriage band. Actually I ended up buying my marriage ring for men. I would definitely recommend Jared Jewelers, make sure you go see Rosie. You guys rock I forgot to mention the manager I forgot his name he also helped me in my decision on my wedding band.
