After realizing I made a mistake while filling out my W-4 for a new job (10 months ago) during the end of tax season, I drove myself to the closest H&R block on Easter. I recently started a new higher paid job, so I knew my debt was going to be substantial. I walked in, waited 15 minutes, and met the Tenacious Tax Titan Holly Raphealson at the Jacaranda H&R block. She filled out all my other items and talked to me through the IRS payment plans. She made a ROUGH experience easy. Holly, you are incredible and turned the entire day around.

I had an appointment today at 10 am I got to the office waited for 15 minutes then the lady I had the appointment with told me she was not a good fit or qualified to do my taxes and she can put me with someone else at 12pm. Unbelievable!
