“Jonson in the blinds department is awesome. We had our blinds cut at another Home Depot Department on 57th Ave., and the person who cut them used a dull blade making them look like a complete disaster.
Jonson was SO professional, experienced, and very knowledgeable. He measured twice, and cut once....with a sharp blade.
My experience with him was so amazing and I commend him for his professionalism and proficiency. Thank you, Jonson! I'll be sure to always come to this location and ask for you by name whenever I need window blinds cut! ??”

“Murphy Bed USA has great furniture, customized to your needs and wishes. I have had a customized Murphy bed and shelving unit built for my condo about 15 years and it looks just as beautiful today as it did then. When it came time to move I had then dissemble and reassemble and the guys who did this were amazing. Great customer service. My interactions with Audrey were the best and she was quick to resolve an unexpected issue that came up on my end. I can highly recommend Murphy bed USA.”
“I was at this store to return some items and I had the best costumer service from cashier named George and assistant manager Jennifer, this store is lucky to have these two amazing people on board. These 2 people made me change my review from 1* to 5* because I was there 2 days ago and cashier named Paola couldn’t process a return and I ask her to call the manager, when manager came I forgot her name and she said there is no way she can help with the return because the register is refusing the return you can tell she was to lazy to even try to help, I told her I can do an exchange buy something else she said we only do exchange “APPLE FOR APPLE”” really? She said email costumer support they will help you and I did they said manager can give you refund if he/she wants to if they don’t want to give refund they will come with excuses we can’t do anything. Thanks to George and Jennifer I was able to get the refund.”

“I went to pick up replacement blinds for a sliding glass door, the man who helped me was super nice and did a great job cutting them to the perfect size. Then I saw a rug I liked and he wrapped it in plastic wrap for me. At the checkout I was having a problem using my wallet and the lady helped me and explained how to do it next time. I wish I remembered thief names .
I don’t always have such a great experience at lowes but this was a good day with very pleasant help, great way to end a busy day.”

“Purchased a deep freezer online midafternoon on Friday and was given the option of getting it delivered the same day. After waiting for the delivery (which the latest time given was 8pm) I received an email saying that the delivery was canceled and that I would receive a call to reschedule another day. I was very upset. After calling the customer service line and getting no where with anyone. I finally spoke to a young lady who went above and beyond to assist me. I told her that I would be at the store in the morning to pick it up myself. The following morning I went to pick up the freezer and received great customer service, especially from a young man named Jerome. He was so pleasant and patient with assisting me with my purchase. Hopefully his supervisor will see this and give him recognition for his kindness to me.”
“I like the store, it is clean, well stocked, you can find terrace furniture but not living room or dining room furniture, it has good lighting, cleaning supplies, doors, windows, floors, etc., which makes home renovations, painting, rugs, organizers, decorative plants, shouting, white goods, etc., the only thing that bothers me a little is that when I need help locating something that is difficult for me, the employees "NOT ALWAYS" are collaborators, I came across some very good and friendly ones but also with others who looked mortified when their help was requested. IN GENERAL IT WAS VERY GOOD, I RECOMMEND IT! IT IS VERY USEFUL TO ME!”
