ABSOLUTE SCAM! Even giving them one star makes me sick. Absolutely every single step of “beware of moving scams” was done to us by this so called company.
Quoted roughly $2500,
I stressed MULTIPLE times that this needs to be delivered by a certain date as it contained my husbands mechanic box for his new job, I was assured several times that yes it would be(unless there was traffic or a storm)
I was NEVER informed they would broker the job out to whoever they pleased, they acted as if they were the moving company.
I actually overshot the amount of items I had to be safe.
I was told they would be arriving the next day, and driver would call when he was on the way… crickets. Nobody called until that evening to say they would be there the day after the next day.
The call came from someone who said my name is ____ with Hercules.
WRONG he was from blue diamond movers in Kansas City, a company rated F on the BBB, who has changed names and licenses multiple times due to fraudulent practices. They showed up in a rented enterprise truck.
The movers showed up, made us sign our blank bill of lading forms before anything was ever estimated, the quote sheet was blank, and the only thing we didn’t sign before loading was the sheet that said “sign this only before loading, don’t sign if it’s blank, and don’t sign if loading has already begun”. That form we were made to sign after. We were told we had more than quoted with no proof at all. We barely had any furniture, the most we had was washer dryer big toolbox(already paid an extra bulky fee) and two mattresses as far as xl items go. Our $2500 quote then changed to $5700 AFTER everything was loaded onto the truck. At that point we were not allowed to remove it from the truck. We were made to pay with either Venmo or Zelle… could not use a credit card. When I sent the payment it was to “logistic moving service” which I thought was odd.,.. more posted in second review

They maneuvered my bulky refrigerator up the stairs using a special dolly and took extra care to avoid any wall damage. It was spotless when they left.

On a first-rate note, Hercules Moving Solutions assigned storage and room spaces. They put all the furniture as per my instructions.

They packed each item into the proper containers with speed and efficiency. They even put in extra cushioning to protect the delicate parts. That's why everything arrived undamaged and in its proper location.

I was nervous about moving, but the crew came early with a smile. They wrapped my furniture in plastic and drove carefully on my narrow street. Mats were put down to protect my floors, and they even helped arrange furniture in my new place. I appreciated their hard work!!
