Excellent customer service attention, Allison in Plantation, FL is one of the best professional designers in haircut and style. She's very cordial, respectful and professional, did an amazing haircut ideal for summer time, she beautified me a lot! She's always willing to serve with or without appointment, she really loves her clients and take care of them. Very friendly environment, great conversation, she beautify my hair ???????? I am beyond pissed off at the haircut I received this past weekend. I let the hair stylist know I wanted my hair cut at my shoulders and pointed exactly where I wanted it. The stylist asked if I wanted layers and I said no. I let him know again I wanted all of my hair touching my shoulders and pointed yet again to where I wanted it. He asked again if I wanted layers and I told him no for the second time. Then when he realized that I spoke Spanish he explained that majority of the color I had in my hair would be cut off if I cut it where I wanted it. I let him know that I was okay with that because that’s why I was cutting my hair. I have been trying to get rid of the hair that is dyed without dying it again and that is why I was cutting so much of my hair. For the third time I showed him exactly where I wanted my hair and that I wanted ALL of it to touch my shoulders (while curly). When I realized he had cut it really short it was already too late AND he added layers to it. My hair is way too short to do anything to it that I would like. It doesn’t matter if it’s curly or straight; it just doesn’t touch my shoulders at all! I wish I could say that it was because maybe I was slouching or looking down or whatever but I have cut my hair plenty of times and know that you have to sit up straight in order to avoid getting it cut too short. My hair looks horrible and choppy. I hate giving it a one star because this is my third time cutting my hair at this location and the other two stylist who cut it did exactly what I wanted and I only had to tell them once. I didn’t want to leave a bad review but this is my fifth day with this haircut and there is nothing I can do to my hair.

This particular Hair Cuttery did me an immense favor. I had been in the hospital for eight days, which in that amount of time, destroyed my very long blonde hair. The hospital did nothing to help me salvage my hair. The 2 girls at Hair Cuttery truly tried very hard to comb out my hair, but it was just impossible. The one young lady who cut my hair was compassionate and cut my hair into a very nice short hair cut. I wish I could remember her name, but maybe you guys can figure out who she was and thank her for me. Thank you again…
