Their team is really helpful, friendly, and professional. I had a RAM upgrade installed and they installed it quickly for me. As it turned out, the upgrade was a poor choice on my part so I brought my computer back the next day to have the old RAM installed. They were very helpful and attentive, and got my old RAM installed within a few hours. Shout out to Nat, Jamar, Gaby, Emily, and Kaden who all helped me at different times in the process and clearly remembered me as I came in and out. Great place

Not seeing the benefits of the Total Tech Support. I have been on the phone with them over 6 hours today trying to fix my email on my new HP Envy Laptop. They finally were able to get my email messages, but some of the messages are in code. Tried Tech Support again. Person came on my system for about an hour. Then just signed off with no explanation.

Stay away from this place is a waste of time. I broke the screen of my Microsoft Surface, when I called to make the appointment I gave the model and the issue. They made me go to the store for nothing, they did not even open it and told me that MS surface computer’s screens can not be replaced and I had to purchase an new computer! Not true at all. I went to a local pc repair store and they replaced the screen successfully and its working perfectly! Geek Squad/best buy are in the business to sell computers not to repair them!

This is my go to Best Buy location whenever I need an Apple Authorized Service Provider. (More often than I would like to admit) I believe the man that helped me was named Phil? He was extremely informative, concise, & easy going. Don’t go to the Apple Store ever again, trust me. Just get apple care+ on your device and if anything ever happens to it come HERE.

I'm sooo disappointed with the service Geek Squad provide. Take your device to have it fix and they make you subscribe for a year of technical service and promise so much , but once you need service they either half fix your stuff or excuse themselves with a lot of nonsense , babble.They are not technically savvy but parts changers and at the first sight of complexity they fold , give up and show their inexperienced.

The young man seemed confused when I told him why I was there… he said there was nothing they could do about my phone charger cord (which I figured; I went because of dynex CS) Before leaving I decided to speak to the young lady at customer service who informed me dynex was a BB brand and I could get an exchange up to 1 year. The young man from geek squad apologized and processed my exchange.

Waste of time, brought in my computer for them just to try to turn my laptop on, tell me it’s an internal issue most likely and that they can’t do anything about it. What is the point of GS if they don’t do anything to fix the issue.
