“Going to Florida after Mom passed on February 12, 2024, was a surreal experience. My emotions were in turmoil, my thoughts awry. This was going to be a whole new experience, called making arrangements. Thankfully we had Bell's Funeral Home and the team led by Jessica Arroyo overseeing every last detail. From my first encounter and throughout I felt at ease with their handling of our needs. Jessica knew what questions to ask and how to guide our grieving family as we sought to honour Mom and her final wishes. Who knew that so much was involved? But through our many phone calls and meetings, Jessica and her team guided us, comforted and encouraged us, and made it all bearable.
