I used to deal with Danielle, after she left this company, it’s very hard for me to speak someone, either email or phone, they never respond your email, when you call, they said they will contact you, but never did it. I'm not sure if there's been a change in Management, it has gotten worst in the past years, customers service is nonexistent. I need to find other agents company.

Needed insurance, called them 3 times . No return calls. If that's an indication of how they do business, nonresponsive, I cant imagine if I was actually a customer. Moving on.

When Citizens insurance company jacked up the rates on my home, I called Focus Insurance and they found me another carrier that was way cheaper. It ended up saving me over $2500 on homeowners insurance. I also used them on my cars and rental properties. The customer service is outstanding. Their people are friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.
