Poor customer service for copies and very overpriced! Had to go up the street to Office Depot. 40 minutes my time wasted.

Yosef and Jasmine are very pleasant and friendly. I’ve been going to this location for years and the service is always great! Yosef and Jasmine don’t know my name but they always know what service I need when I enter the store. I always make a beeline to them when I need any assistance. Thank you, Yosef and Jasmine.

I’m so glad I took my chances and drove to this FedEx after being given the run around at another location. My textbook was falling apart and I needed to have it cut in half (it was heavy) and rebounded. Yosef was very attentive and knew exactly what I needed! He was able to complete the service in under 30 minutes, which I know is not ideal but it definitely made my day. I want to express my gratitude because it really meant a lot to me after the treatment I received at the other location. I know it’s a time consuming process but you made it seem effortless. Thanks again, I will most definitely recommend this location to my friends and colleagues for all their printing needs.

I ordered some cards online and then had a little special something that I requested.
I met Kat in the store and she was immediately helpful, friendly and informative and she accomplished what I requested in record time.
The product is great but I can order the same thing from so many places.
It’s the stellar service from Kat that stands out the most and that’s why I’ll be back.

First time coming in to send a package. The customer service rep told me I had to send an email with the label even though the label I had, had a barcode on it. However, the real issue was that instead of helping me send the email, they quickly went and attended another customer leaving me to figure it out on my own without having the courtesy of telling me that they were going to help someone else.
Luckily another service rep came out shortly and was more helpful and that’s why I’m not rating my experience a 1 star

Natalia who is the Assistant Manager is an absolute delight. I have delt with her in the past and every experience I've had with her is top tier. She is quick and efficient to help decompress long lines, but she also is thorough and takes her time to fully understand your needs. She truly cares about her customers and goes above and beyond. For instance she did multiple checks for the margins, the layout, etc of my projects and even made suggestions of what to do to improve them. She waited while I edited and resent them on my phone and ensure my sizing my perfect. Whenever I need something done I go to this location solely to get Natalia's assistance.

I always come to this location and everyone is very pleasant and helpful. Today I dealt with a very rude employee “Elaine”. Don’t take your attitude on me … I’m just trying to fulfill my order. Luckily Digna saved the day !

Not a helpful staff. We work with FedEx for a long time and spent thousands of $ with them but I just made one simple request for a package that should be shipped and they didnt take the package for that day even though Ground driver was there. I understand the timing for the packages but the manager should take an initiative to handle this type of requests made by customer to satisfy them. Very disappointed!

I forgot the only copy of my transcripts in the copy machine and went back there 2 weeks later and they saved it for me. I am truly Grateful.
