I dropped off a box for a return to a large retail outlet. In my haste, I neglected to add tape to reinforce the box, although it was a secure box and the flaps locked into the sides. I told the man at the counter that I needed a small piece of tape and he scanned my prepaid label and told me that I owed him a dollar. I don’t believe that this was true. He charged me for 6” of packing tape and then pretended it was a pre-arranged shipping fee. For shame sir! For shame!!! Stay away from this unscrupulous ship center!

I needed some information because I was trying to ship a small outboard motor and Steve the owner was very helpful over the phone. I can only imagine a paying customer would get even more consideration and helpful service.
