Melissa doesn't know how to work. I asked her for a policy for my car and she gave me what she wanted, not what I asked for. Every week was a new mistake . It was never exactly the amount that she told me I had to pay. They even charged me autopay when I asked from the beginning that I didn't want that. She gave me a milewise without explaining what it was or how it worked. They charged me when it was not the date, they gave me additional insurance that I did not ask for. She just doesn't know what she's doing.Really bad experience!!!!!

I have been trying to call my insurance agent for an explanation as to why my rate jumped $720 annually. I havent been able to contact anyone by phone. I have left messages over the past month with no one calling me back. No I havent filed a claim. ???? No answers

The only reason I wouldn’t recommend your agency is that you are across the state from me. Melissa has been VERY helpful as I asked her numerous questions on numerous days. She is very competent!

Federico has been very responsive to my emails requesting information on my policy. They get back with me quickly and walk me through all the paperwork. I have been a customer for over five years and I am very happy with them. I recommend them highly to anyone looking for insurance.

Every year my rate goes up and the excuse provided to me is that it’s because the rate increased in my area! That’s ridiculous because they say the same thing every year. I haven’t had any accidents or claims so there’s no reason why it should increase every time it’s time to Renew.

Lacks of transparency of the agent Melisa Combs. She added milewise to my policy without telling me when I talked to her. She was dishonest, and I was charged the double.
