When I went to Aveada I had an amazing time! My colorist Gigi was incredible, I showed her a reference and she made me exactly what I wanted and she was very kind to me. Brandon did my cut and all of the layers are so gorgeous. Everybody here is so nice and very professional and my hair came out amazing!!! I am definitely coming back again, if for no other reason than for the amazing tea !!!

Gigi did my highlight, cut, and blowout to my hair and it turned out amazing!!! It was very relaxing being in the atmosphere of the salon as well! Gigi is super sweet and talented!!!

Booked an appointment for highlights and haircut and was assigned to Aysia. She gave me exactly what I asked for- blended highlights to brighten my color with face framing layers. Highly recommend her!

I had a haircut and blow dry with Kay today! The experience was amazing she was very gentle and always checking in on me to ensure I had an enjoyable experience! She made sure I was happy with my hair every step of the way and kept asking my opinion which made me feel very comfortable and welcomed! She also recommended products and styles that would benefit my hair! I would highly recommend inquiring a service with her! She is An amazing stylist and would definitely recommend!

I ditched the cuban barber and tried Drew James. Best haircut in years, my new go to. Even got the wife to set her next appointment here. Very nice inside, and very friendly stylists and staff

Aysia was such a sweetie pie. She is super excited and I love her energy. She was the only person I have ever trusted with a big big chop of my hair and she absolutely did an amazing job to say the least. I will forever be coming back to Aysia for my regular cuts. Greeted right when I walked in and was offered some yummy tea. Will definitely be coming back.

After being client here for about 17 years, I wound up with a very bad experience in which my hair was completely massacred. The stylist told me she was having a bad day and was upset, but I didn’t think that would come out in her work. I was very wrong. there were inches of difference on each side, and my long curtain bangs I asked for wound up being gothic baby bangs that exposed my forehead. I looked like a LITERAL clown.
I was crying on the way out, on the way home, and I called back immediately to ask if I could please come in and have someone fix it over the weekend. We had 2 full days to fix it. I had a huge client meeting that Monday, and needed to be presentable but my hair looked like I was attacked by a feral animal no matter what I did. I explained how urgent it was. The manager was very rude and told me to come in the following Wednesday as he couldn’t make time for me, and there wasn't anything he could do.
I reached out crying to a family member who has also been a client the same amount of time and she was furious and called the manager and let him know that we would be coming in that day or there would be an issue. He somehow found me a spot right away!
When I was able to get in the next day in order to get my hair fixed, my new stylist told me that she was so glad that I came in because she was extremely bored and not working much that day (!!!!!!) She was good, she did what she could with what she had, and she was very professional and made sure to not speak ill of the other stylist, but she was also mortified looking at my hair. She told me to come back to her next month and she would slowly start evening out my hair, and that I'd probably have to come back again a few times until it gets evened out, because it was THAT short and THAT wonky.
I’m writing this a few months later because my hair is still not okay, and I am still embarrassed to leave the house even after the “fix.” No hate to the second stylist, but I just could not return here.
Ruining my hair, and then lying to me about when there is availability is absolutely wild to me. This is how to lose a customer for life.

Front of the salon staff always positive and ready to help when you arrive and when you leave. Heather is a great stylist and always happy with the results! Been coming here a number of years! Keep up the great work!!!

My experience with Heather was great! Loved my highlights. However, I did see another lady on another occasion and she did not mention exactly what texturing meant and my hair was left to feel like I had none. It meant to use a razor and basically leave me with what felt like half my hair. I was trying to just relax and not be picky and just thought she was cutting my hair. Probably my fault for not asking what "texturing" in salon language meant.
