Tracy was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process in helping me get insured. She did not hesitate one bit to answer all my relevant questions regarding insurance. She was helpful & caring. I felt like Tracy cared about my concerns & made me feel like family. It is very easy & convenient to also reach Tracy or anyone in State Farm. Doreen also was exceptional & pleasant in helping me with other concerns regarding my vehicle. State Farm makes me feel at ease and comfortable to speak to them..

As a former client my experience with Doreen was horrible. She is absolutely not someone you should be doing business with or associating with in any form. She lied to potential clients by providing quotes that would be returned after underwriting found the conditions were not met. The conditions required were that all of your policies had to be moved to her agency. In addition if she was having a bad day, of which there were more of than good ones, she would arbitrarily move your policies to another agent and report false conditions about residents in your home. This would trigger repeated questions from underwriting about conditions that were not present when she (Doreen) wrote the policy to begin with. Other ridiculous behaviors are things like answering calls as employees or a random name. That way if you filed a complaint, she could not be identified as the rude, nasty employee you had the unfortunate encounter with. I am extremely surprised State Farm would permit such a person to represent them, that said, I did contact State Farm directly, my first complaint was arbitrarily closed and after I demanded it be reopened weeks ago, to date I have heard nothing in return. While these are my impressions I do not take writing such an opinion lightly. My best advice is find another agent or another carrier. I have been a State Farm client for better than 30 years and have an awesome relationship with my primary agent in my secondary state of residence. Sad example of professional.

The one and only insurance team you can trust! My former insurance provider American Integrity hiked the premium for our rental in Orlando from $1700 to a whopping $3700 even though we never filed a claim. We weren’t even notified until the year is almost over and we got a shortage of funds email from our lender who picked this provider for our 3/2 house.Thank God I reached out to Tracy from the Doreen Cannon Team to give us another quote, she was able to reduce the premium drastically to a most acceptable one within 48 hours.I have learned my lesson today that I should never count on my lender to choose hazard insurance providers, they only watch for their own interests instead of yours.Again, a big shout out to Tracy!!!
