I am a regular at this location as I live next door … Location is always understaffed. Only 1 cashier and the lines are always wrapped around . Carts are always outside due to lack of staffing and there is always a lot of restocking issues as full rows are empty for long periods of time. Regular issues with no bags to carry out your things… Location truly just needs HELP as they lack SUPPORT from corporate offices . I’ve reached out via email in hopes to help .

No bags.. not recommended.. you have to walk out with all your shit in your hands... and if it falls, they will not replace it.

First time here, bit messy like every other store. Except I don’t see no one working the isles. Make cashier trying to knock out the line alone. A pretty long line and got no assistance.. the only time he got assistance was because he asked when he had to fill up like 10 balloons.. the guy already seemed stress and overwhelmed.. and the lady came out of the office with an attitude and called next. And disrupted the line cause everyone on the back went first… now it would be SMARTER! If she would have taken over the ball a for him and allow him to continue cashing customers out and don’t have any issues with people who being waiting on line… the guy tried to keep his cool and professionalism but if that lady is the manager… this store needs a new management… you supposed to be there for your staff and help.. work smart not hard or extra..

I have been a customer of this location since it opened. Today I went and there were two women at the registers who are new. I was in line and the cashier decided to tell me that it was closed and turned off the light. I stared at him as if surprised, there was no one behind me. She could serve me and then close the till. He started yelling at me and immediately the other cashier, a Puerto Rican woman with a very, very bad attitude, started yelling at me too and making defiant gestures with her hands and told me to leave the store if I didn't like it. I just told him, I haven't said anything and you don't have to yell at me. When am I going to pay? It wasn't enough for her and she asked me defiantly “ARE YOU OKAY” and I told her no. I explained to her why it was not right and I told her that she knew I was right and she again made defiant hand gestures and banged on the counter and told me “Look, look, I'll give you your ticket and leave” in a threatening attitude. . A very rude person who, at any moment, goes up to a client. Be careful. He had a bun done and the back of his head was shaved.

Very bad service and the unfriendly people at the checkout... they got upset because I decided not to bring a product, they got violent... and they almost hit me because I told them I was going to leave it, I didn't understand in the end... a worker almost hit me .. the attention is really bad...

I think it did exist! A rating, really bad! He has no patience with the customer! No aggressive rudeness! They yell at the customer! And above all, they come at the person, in the form of hitting you. If there was no method in the middle a lady. They would have hit me! The cashier who was there even voted for me and my sister. Very ugly. Just because something was going to be taken out of the house and placed in the place where it didn't belong! But the duty was to say it in a good way... she, at once, started pawing and saying a few things! ... I hope that the managers do not ignore this message, because they psychologically attacked us!

Those workers are thieves they stole us
today and kicked us out of the store. The manager didn’t help us. They were 2 cashiers a woman and a man and the manager.

Well stocked and well organized Dollar Tree store in the Sunrise / Plantation area.I was looking for some bleach and they had lots of them....sometimes I go to other ones and they are out or the selection of sizes and brands are not really good.I liked the greeting card section as well.A Dollar Tree that I would shop again if I am in the area.
