Great store, excellent customer service. I dealt with three employees and each one was polite, courteous, professional and accommodating. I had a problem and they handled it immediately with multiple options, up to and including a full refund. Highly recommended.

Bought an Ion Panther 3 on 4/2/2024. I was a returned from Costco. Paid $90. Amed helped me. He was very nice. We made sure everything worked. Microphone was not working so he changed it. I was told that the battery had been changed. When I got home I tried it on the battery. It seemed to get depleted very fast when not plugged. I’ll update after working with it a little more.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of a mini split air conditioner. From the moment it was installed, it was clear that something was wrong. The unit simply refuses to work. It's incredibly frustrating to spend hard-earned money on a product that not only fails to deliver its basic function but also wastes valuable time and effort. The compressor is not working after paying to have it diagnosed. I reached out to Daizuki customer support, and their response has been slow and unhelpful, leaving me stuck with a unit that is not functioning. It's a useless piece of equipment. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I would strongly advise against considering Discount Home Improvement Supply. With less then a month old they refused to honor their 30 return policy. DO NOT BUY FROM Discount Home Improvement Supply!

Love finding bargains here! Always something different besides the staples of ceiling fans and light fixtures.Also if you need a mini split air conditioner this is the place. Different brands available and all different sizes and models available at really great prices! Even central AC units they have some terrific pricing. They even have referrals for reasonable installers if you need.I keep going back because you never know what they may have gotten in lately.
