DHL said they tried to drop off a package but I wasn't home for the signature, it's a lie, I was home, my doorbell camera didn't catch anything, no notes was left on my door. I have to rearrange another day to stay home for the package, this is very convenient and frustrating. I would give a 0 star if I could.

They requested double payments, supposedly didnt receive pushing, rushing, to send treatening to not send parcel to cancel shipment. Assuring they will refund the double payment. After they receive them they did not register the package. They do not refund. HR refuses to give any address or mánager contacts for police report and refuse to speak with me or police as well saying its not allowed to pick up calls or videoconference, both mánager who had accident and demanded paymentsand HR communicates by chat only, acoiding to give any information regarding this DHL exact location. This address was given by a third part involved in the scam. Its such a big scam this company. IT might be this DHL and others. The scam comes from San Francisco DHLs. The agent involved is from San José. Requested a big amount in payments to collect refund from this company and others which fail to deliver as well other parcels, justfiying as for taxi, bus and service fees to collect and register parcels at DHL and other delivery companies which where calling to send and stole other parcels. The mánager from DHL keep asking money for supposedly sending the parcel and didnt register it before the accident took €1000 and the value of parcel €900 was lost as they did not register and send due to this manager accident.

I purchased jewelry from a company that uses this company for delivery .Delivery shows attempt to deliver but no answer which is absolutely false I have a camera system and I know for a fact this is not the case
Also had both my adult daughter and teenager wait at home for said package now it’s how’s on hold and to deliver by end of business day I this is crazy that I have to wait at home 2 days for a delivery yet they blatantly lie about trying to deliver . If you don’t like your job to deliver packages from consumers please get another job but don’t lie about delivering and inconvenience client with waiting at home for delivery
So frustrated right now also their customer service is not that helpful. I will never use this company if possible it’s just unlucky the company I purchased from uses it

This company is the absolute worst!!!!!!! Zero stars! 8 packages later and the drivers are still allowed to lie and say they attempted delivery as I’m on the couch by the door. They continue to inconvenience customers and there is no accountability… I will often avoid using a company if I know DHL is the only carrier. You would have thought over the years, they would have become better. However, they are still unreliable, unprofessional, and inconsiderate. Do better!

Horrible customer service. Cannot tell you anything regarding your delivery but wait until 9pm. My delivery date was forecasted for Thursday, June 27, nothing. Then Friday, June 29. Reached out twice to customer service and they told me to wait. After 7pm i received a text message with a FALSE statement : “We tried to deliver DHL Express xxxxxxxxxx from xxxxxx today but no one was at home”. FALSE! I waited for the package at home the whole day. I asked to speak with a Supervisor, the customer service rep told me none was available but one will call me within 90 minutes. Again, a flat out LIE , 24 hours later and no body from DHL Express called me. STAY AWAY OF THIS SERVICE IF YOU CAN.

Worst customer service ever !!! I have spent hundreds and thousand of dollars this company no more !!!! They sent me a notification saying that my package out for delivery they didn’t deliver that day and the reason was driver didn’t get the package and still waiting it’s been days never using your service again..!!! Horrible customer service agents working for the company also… no more dhl

DHL is absolutely the WORST!!!! I can't believe I've been waiting over a month to receive my package from the Avenel, NJ hub. That place needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY!!!! All they have to do is ship packages out!!!! What's the hold up???? Don't tell me to check with USPS because I already did and they are waiting on YOU!!!! Ship my package!!!!!

I never had a bad experience with DHL until now. I purchased an item that was being shipped to me internationally and the day of delivery was supposed to have been on Feb 27th. Due to a lie that one of the drivers told the dispatch, my package could not be delivered. I got an email from your company that same day indicating the driver came to my home and no one was there to sign. Completely untrue. The reason being is that I work from home and I was home all day. So, I called the 800 listed on your website and spoke with a rep who advised the same. Therefore, i asked if my package could be scheduled for pickup at the nearest location the next day Feb 28th and he said yes and that I will receive a text from the facility indicating my package has arrived for pick up. After the pickup was scheduled I got a text on Wednesday Feb 28, In the morning indicating that my package is NOT scheduled for pick up but to be delivered to my home address. I called back and spoke with Jose, and he said that the package shouldn't have still been on the truck it should have been taken to the facility for pickup. He asked if I still would like my package to be delivered to my home since the driver did not follow instructions to leave the package at the facility, I said yes. Therefore, he verified my name, phone number and mailing address and said that my package would be delivered Feb 28th by 11:18 At 1:44 on Feb 28th, I got another email indicating the address was not found and incorrect. Long story short I never received my package and now I have to wait until March 1st!!!The fact that I spoke to 4 different reps and all had a different story is ludacris . The last rep I spoke with was Catalina who advised that my address was not correct!!!! After asking to speak with a manager twice I get a call back from someone in the escalation department named Beatrize who indicated that she will call me back and let me know if DHL can refund me my shipping cost. This company is the worst shipping company that I have dealt with when it comes to verification, communication, accommodation and delivery I will never use them again!

I ordered something that should have been delivered by Dec 22. I've called DHL every single day since Jan 2 to get help on a package stuck at a processing center. I get the same story from every single customer rep I talk to. I even drove 2 hours to this center to see if I could get the package and was even told by a Manager that he would see to it that it was delivered. I will avoid DHL at all costs moving forward.

I paid $100 for expedited shipping on a small package to make sure it got to me on time, it has been sitting at the delivery center in my city for 6 days now and all they say is the package will be delivered soon. I needed it last month and paid the price but have no idea when it will show up.

DHL doesn't care anything about the customer. I ordered a package because the delivery estimate was Dec 22. DHL then sent a tracking with delivery on Dec 26. The day AFTER Christmas. I called and was told that they estimated the 26th due to customs but when the package arrived in the US I could call to expedite it and get it before Christmas. It's now the 21st and my package cleared customs yesterday morning but now DHL doesn't care. I've gotten 2 different excuses about why I can't get my CHRISTMAS gift before CHRISTMAS. I even tried to offer to drive to either Birmingham or Memphis to pick up the package but the customer service supervisor didn't even listen to me. NEVER use DHL.
