  Multiple packages marked as ‘Delivery attempted – consignee premises closed’ when no attempts were made. Dishonest company with nonexistent customer service.

  DHL said they tried to drop off a package but I wasn't home for the signature, it's a lie, I was home, my doorbell camera didn't catch anything, no notes was left on my door. I have to rearrange another day to stay home for the package, this is very convenient and frustrating. I would give a 0 star if I could.

  I can't get any answers from this company. Still have not received my package! Portal hasn't been updated in days! Can't speak to a human! Chat person was no help.
