Stay away from this agent's office! As a customer who’s been with Dan Cato’s office going on 20+ years you'd expect excellent customer service... but not when you’re dealing with their office manager Donna Carminati. If I could give a negative number, I would because she is beyond rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and nasty to long time customers. She'll make a bad situation worse with her attitude and rudeness. Sad thing is, Mr. Cato is not ever in the office and/or she's gatekeeping customer complaints against her from him because every time I've asked to speak to Mr. Cato he's out of town or on vacation but says shell put a sticky note on his desk to have him call me. I filed a corporate State Farm complaint against her and she called me directly when I request to have Mr. Cato call me and not her and she was nothing but rude and unprofessional with me again! Exactly why I requested Mr. Cato to call me but she said He’s in Canada until late August. If I was Mr. Cato I’d look for a new office manager. She has cost him a customer of 20+ years and I’m sure she’s cost him many many more!

CHOSE ANOTHER PLACE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. Not only the worst customer service but also the most rude, condescending, and, sadly, incompetent staff member - Donna T Carminati. I have never had so many issues with one individual who, frankly, does not seem to know what customer service is or how to deal with customers at all. I think that she is the epitome of what is wrong with individuals who work in customer service. Not only does she always think she is right, but she also does not properly explain anything that is within the policy, changing about the policy, or charges within the policy which (in my opinion) is EXACTLY what someone who works in insurance should be equipped to do.

I have been a customer of Dan Cato with State Farm for over 20 years. I’m involved with multiple businesses here in South Florida over the last 22 years.I have received fantastic customer service from Donna, Nathalie, Patrica and of course, Dan himself. It’s extremely comforting that I can pick up the telephone and call his office and get an immediate answer. Not some central 800 number where you leave a message and hope that someone responds.Hassle free and always accommodating, ready to assist with all my questions.I highly recommend Dan Cato and his staff for all of your insurance needs!

I couldn't be happier with my state farm agent Natalie! She helps me with everything with lightning fast responses. I won't be going anywhere for a long time. They gave me such a good deal and after a year my insurance payment almost got cut it half! Would recommend to anyone

I have to disagree with some of the other reviews. I have received nothing but great insight and customer service from the agents here with Statefarm. They have been able to help me with questions regarding insurance for auto, home and valuables. I feel like they are very knowledgeable and patient when on the phone.

I'll reiterate the other reviews, this office is AWFUL. They are so rude and inconsiderate. They talk to you like you are stupid, even when you ask valid questions. Honestly the worst customer service I've ever received. We will be switching to a different insurance company because of them.
