Minute clinic was a very convenient and fast way to get seen for medical treatment. Prescriptions are just a step a way. I recommend this establishment.

I’ve been on anxiety medication for over six years and have always had a positive relationship with my doctors and pharmacies. Unfortunately, my recent experience at this pharmacy was nothing short of horrific. I had one refill left on my prescription, which they claimed had expired on Friday after my doctor’s office had already closed. I explained that I had a emergency dentist appointment scheduled for Saturday and needed my medication to get through the weekend.
Despite this, the pharmacist refused to fill my prescription, implying that I was just drug-seeking, and they completely ignored my pleas for help. I went the entire weekend without medication, suffering through withdrawal symptoms that could have escalated into something dangerous, like a seizure. When I begged for an emergency fill, they just shrugged it off, telling me that if my doctor really wanted me to have the medication, they would’ve made sure I had a refill.
I’ve been on this medication for over 6 years and never experienced such a lack of understanding and compassion from a pharmacy. I understand they have rules, but there should be flexibility and empathy when someone is in genuine need of their medication. I felt dismissed and unsupported, which only added to my anxiety. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone, especially if you have a medical condition that requires ongoing medication.
What the pharmacist’s could have done, since they was concerned about abuse, was given me enough of the medication to get through the weekend, then on Monday contacted my doctor to confirm the dosage and given me the rest after that. I asked if they could please do that; they wouldn’t. Instead, they stranded me without medication entirely.
What the pharmacist did was the opposite of ethical.

This Christmas Day, about 2pm, I stopped by this CVS hoping to print a large number of photos, using the self-service machines.
I was hoping that I might have them before a family function that evening. It wasn't going well. I couldn't get them downloaded from my iPhone. I tried again. No luck. I was hesitant to ask for help, as the two staff there, Martha and Jorge, were clearly busy, not just with customers, but with restocking and inventory. However, Martha spotted me and asked how things were going. She took time to try to load the photos herself - unfortunately things were still glitchy. Then she showed me another way to accomplish this, loading the photos to the CVS website, and selecting them from there. This worked! Doing this took a bit of time, and she checked on me a couple times to see how this was going. She provided encouragement, which helped reduce my feelings of incompetence.
When I finished it did not take long for the photos to print. Martha cashiered me out. My impression is that she was relieved and gratified that she had guided me from frustration to a successful result. Of course I was SO grateful. I offered a gratuity, but she declined, saying that she was just doing her job. Frankly, she did not just do her job; she went above and beyond.
Encountering someone so friendly, caring and helpful - this despite having to work on Christmas with a substantial workload - was a serendipitous gift. I've had other good experiences at this CVS. But this one was truly special.

I went there to pick up some medicine and I got in line at 1: 25 and at 1:30 they told me they was closing down to go to lunch which I already was in line so not sure if it was a racist thing or not but they said they were shutting down at 1:30 that's definitely not professional and a waste of my time for spending life for 5 minutes for absolutely nothing

had to come back 3 times to pick up medication. Very disorganized. I asked 2 times to use my GoodRX codes and cashier said she couldn’t. Changing my pharmacy to Walgreens.

Terrible customer service, I asked the cashier for help because one item was cheaper on the shelves and when I checked out it was higher price , she canceled my whole transaction . My baby had a toy for checked out that didn't have the label on it and I have to go and grabbed another one so I can checked out while she was attending the others clients behind me . I told her because she canceled my transaction I could not paid for the others item she told me if I'm gonna steal them TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The sales clerk was so pleasant and helpful she came with me to show me the product I was looking for and helped me to make the right choice of the product I was looking for I overall had a very good pleasant experience thank God this branch is in my neighborhood mot far from my home..thank you Cvs

I just left the store and purchased two cosmetic items and as soon as I got to the front of the store, they called security on the intercom as I was walking towards the registers it stopped. There was nothing happening except poor judgement on CVS.

Fraud...placed an order for pickup and never was able to get there. CVS CHARGED me and stated on App...order was picked up! Was not. so either Given to someone without ID proof or internal issue
Disputing Fraud with My CC. Don't ever buy to pick up at this CVS
