In the past I would have given the highest star level but recently I have had a few negative experiences with my local store and the particular employees who used to be very friendly with me have changed their attitude towards me and my partner and I don't feel very comfortable or welcome at this point in time and I don't understand what the problem is and what has happened to cause the change of behavior and how to do something to help make it better for me and the employees who used to be very helpful and welcoming towards me and now I have a feeling that they have the impression that I am trying to steal items while I'm literally just trying to be the same, honest, customer that I have always been.

Bait & Switch, fault lies with store level management. Needs to be fixed.
CVS national marketing encourage us to use CVS Print service,
29 cents/page 1 sided
20 cents/side 2 sided
This CVS had no plans to ever offer the document print service as advertised. Instead, the only paper they offered was $4.49/page Kodak photo paper. Hence, I concluded this is bait n switch deceptive business practice.
The employee was OK, but he said all they can do is print on photo paper. I asked if the store had a pack of printer paper. No he said, they never have this. They didn't run out of A4 paper. They never had any.
Employee referred me to a nearby UPS Store which charged me $3.63 for 2 pages of B/W.
Had this CVS honored what the CVS Corporation planned for CVS stores to offer to print documents at 29 cents/page, I would not have wasted this money.
I would likely have asked my neighbor had I known about this CVS's bait & switch practice. This is wrong.

Indian manager was very awkward and weird. Followed me around the store and let another customer try to notice my book bag that wasn’t bothering her or anybody else.

I signed up for Aetna Medicare program. CVS does a program for health solutions OTCHS. It was extremely easy to find the products and have them pay for them. I would definitely recommend us.

My husband and I are required to use CVS for our healthcare plan. Every time we have a prescription sent to this pharmacy, we are told "It will have to be ordered, and orders will come in the following Tuesday."
The next Tuesday arrives, we are met with the same excuse. Wash and repeat. When we asked why they never seem to actually order what we need, we are met with "Go to another pharmacy then."

The worst pharmacy. New customer for the first time and walk up for pick up and they literally closed the window while I am standing there. Time for lunch. I appreciate employee boundaries however as a new customer I had no idea if the daily closure time. Had I not been standing at the window 2 minutes before this standing close time or even addressed as a human being why this was happening it could have been a different customer outcome. Yes moving my prescriptions now. Fair well.

Pooja is the best store manager CVS has ever had. Her staff is kind and always on top of everything in the store, to the best of their ability. The pharmacy staff, Kim. She is so sweet too. Best CVS in Broward.

The shift supervisor Shatasha was very helpful she went above and beyond to help me find all my products in the store. She is very patient and made me feel so welcomed. This will be my cvs pharmacy to go to from now on. Thank you for a great customer experience.

Horrible unorganized workers don’t even know when their supervisor comes in nobody knows what’s going on in the pharmacy they have their clients waiting for meds that should’ve been filled weeks ago and the people working in the pharmacy don’t know what they are doing or saying they just say anything to you even if it’s a lie very unprofessional unorganized
