CVS has become my Go-To store for the past few years due to the many savings and products they have to offer. Ms. Knight is very knowledgeable and willing to assist customers. Today I received excellent service from Fernando he was pleasant and willing to assist me.

I bought an Aftera plan B pill from this location. As soon as I got home I opened, it and the box was empty. I promptly returned to the store to get a replacement. To my surprise, the store manager refused to replace it, and literally called me a scammer. She used this word. She called me a scammer to my face. I didn’t ask for a refund, I didn’t steal a plan b bill to snort it. I merely politely asked for a replacement and got insulted.

During the duration of my stay I was welcomed as like I was a member of the CVS FAMILY, I was handled with grace . I do appreciate the warm customer service.

Like most pharmacies in the area, it may be understaffed but the people there are doing their best. The pharmacy department is always great and I mostly am able to pick up prescriptions right on time; even when there has been an issue, the pharmacist is quick to respond and handles the issue accordingly.

A small place but very nice, the attention from the people in the pharmacy area. They supported me to be able to communicate in Spanish. I went for a vaccine and they helped me find another one at another pharmacy. Thank you so much

I encountered a frustrating situation, at this store, especially since access to public restrooms should be available, particularly under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The ADA requires businesses like CVS to provide accessible facilities to people with disabilities and prohibits discrimination by denying access to necessary amenities. By placing signs claiming restrooms are out of service or making keys hard to find, the store might be violating ADA regulations, especially if these actions prevent access to an essential facility.

Wish I could rate this for 0. I've lived in this area for many years and no matter how many times I try to give this place a chance, it just infuriates me. For anything. For prescriptions? Absolutely not. Good luck with that. Any printing services? Also good luck trying. Not only are they short staffed (seems eternally), they are rude and not helpful. One out of the self check outs is almost always broken as well. It's just an unpleasant experience every time. They should close this place down, there are plenty of other CVS's in the area that are not as horrible as this one. Not to mention the store is always a mess and crowded and feels very dingy.

Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Even tho it’s a smaller store, I can always find what I need and checkout is fast! Live saving money with great coupon and discounts from the cash register receipts and online !

The store of the front manager carline is a very rude lady. She gives attitude for no reason to customers and last time I was there she denied me the use of the restroom and told me to go to subway even tho I am a customer and I always use this pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions I think she needs to fix her attitude towards people.
