The store of the front manager carline is a very rude lady. She gives attitude for no reason to customers and last time I was there she denied me the use of the restroom and told me to go to subway even tho I am a customer and I always use this pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions I think she needs to fix her attitude towards people.

1. The cashier is rude as if she hates her job, she’s not the only one so her attitude is far from appreciated. 2. This is the SECOND time I’ve bought a broken/defective pregnancy test from CVS. The control strip part of the test isn’t even responsive so I can tell the test is damaged but am I going to receive a refund for this? Of course not. I’m highly upset and tired of wasting my money. For reference, both defective tests I purchased were the CVS brand. Smh.

Not satisfied at all. The pharmacy staff often responds with an immediate 'no' before fully understanding customer inquiries, making every visit challenging. Their lack of engagement and assistance necessitates unnecessary escalations to the pharmacist. Despite the need for regulatory adherence, the customer service approach here requires significant improvement. If you're seeking a pharmacy that combines professional expertise with effective and empathetic customer service, I suggest you look elsewhere.

I have no idea what's going on with this CVS. These people do not want to work. They move very slow and do not want to help. I'm no longer going shopping here and having my meds go to a different location. Even tho it's the closest one to my house I rather drive 10more minutes away to get better service.

This location is the worst. The cashier bad attitude. We bought a gift card . The numbers were erased . Came back w gift receipt from cvs and were told that was between us and the card issuer??? Really . The card issuer hasn't replaced the gift card in 4 months. Cvs only cares about the pharmacy disgusting the goods inside the don't care at all. Shame.

This pharmacy deserves a zero star. Unhelpful and uninterested staff, not caring about patient privacy and identifying information. I stood at the drop-off line for assistance with a matter. Instead of MacKenzie (I guess she's the tech; pharmacist was not present) coming down to the computer register where I was, she proceeded to ask me my personal information while standing in the back and loudly repeating what I said to her. Other customers were present. There was no attempts at discretion. Simply rude and unprofessional. In the end, I was not helped and my issue was not resolved. I will never fill a prescription at this location or any other CVS again. Thank God I have other options.

This CVS wanted to charge my friend $190 for the Covid vaccine! They are participating in the CDC's Bridge Access Program, and should provide it for free, even if you don't have insurance! Did they want to take advantage of her, because she speaks with an accent?? Probably.Be aware!

I witnessed a salesperson and a customer bully an elderly lady in this store recently. They were mad at her for taking too long at self checkout. They called herOld and laughed at her.

Terrible service at pharmacy got there at 1:25 pm on August 18th about 3 people in front of me in line when the pharmacists starts yelling we close at 1:30 for lunch so it doesn’t matter if you got there before 1:30 pm you won’t receive your prescription. Who ever heard of an entire pharmacy going to lunch at the same time!? Now I know why I don’t go to this pharmacy it had been a while but the service has always been bad. Going back to Costco pharmacy!So yes I had to leave at 1:30 pm without picking up my prescription. Then when I went back a young woman was waiting on me but the pharmacist heard me complaining about having to go back to another customer and came over and took over my check out as to intimidate me for complaining about her. Unbelievable!
