This shop is great. Been going there for a few years now. The owner knows it all about bikes and takes the time to help you find the right one and get fitted.

Friendly Local Bike Shop. If they don't have it they can order it. Have purchase 3 bicycle from here and several upgrades; Garmin, wheels, and handlebars. Nothing but a great customer experience.

Last week I was able to meet Andrés personally, always by phone.
It didn't surprise me, it's the same person as x tel ?
Excellent tension and predisposition and the best thing, he is a Cyclist!!!, and if he doesn't have it, he gets it.
It is a store where you will find quality bikes and components, it is not Walmart.

After my move this has become my new, favourite bike shop. Andreas is both knowledgable and helpful. His prices are fair and the selection of goods on display are all high-caliber.

I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I ordered bike from Collareta to be shipped to a different state and Andres was an exceptional help to complete my bike dream come true.
Even when things with shipping did not go smooth ( had a small fender damage from UPS transporting when arrived ) Andres was staying on a top of ordering a new one at no cost.
I had a great experience working with them and with no hesitation recommend this shop!

Nice, helpful, patient, kind. I tried on a few Lazer helmets and picked one I like. Good small business bike shop.

I went in for a basic tubeless tire change after running over a large nail. I specifically purchased the exact same tires that come stock on my $3500 SPECIALIZED DIVERGE. Then the guy tells me he doesn't do repairs on 3rd party parts??? ? The tires are direct from specialized? How is that 3rd party?? If you ride SPECIALIZED, DO NOT GO TO THIS BIKE SHOP!!! I've worked as a bicycle messenger in NYC for 10 years, & I've been to hundreds of bicycle shops. The guy running the shop is rude, & condescending overall. He'll only do repairs when he's selling you his own 3rd party parts...
Response to the condescending owner:
Imagine this, you moved to Florida from NYC a year ago but still don't have a car, & ride a bicycle everywhere. You ran over a nail, & have been off your bike for over week. You wait for the specific, difficult to find, replacement tires to arrive. Then you're told that they won't install tires that are the exact same brand as your bicycle?? Let's be honest, you didn't even have my specific tires in stock! You wanted to sell some off brand garbage tires. Your bicycle shop is an embarrassment. I can say that because I've been to hundreds of shops all over NYC, NJ, Philly, & FL. The difference between me & you is I am a FULL time cyclist, not a part time one.

That's from their web site:
"Please Note: We are a specialty bicycle shop and therefore we Do Not work on Department Store Bikes, Amazon-bought bikes, BMX, Kids' bikes, Tandems, or Recumbents. Countless other bike shops in the area will service those bikes."
I walked in with a French Peugeot sports bike and Schwinn street bike- both far away from a Costco or Amazon junk bicycle and in distant past bought from specialized bicycle stores. But I was refused service, these bicycles were not luxurious enough.
If the owner wants to serve rich snobs with their brand new 4000 $ bicycles only that's his right but then he should state it clearly in his advertisement and not waste my time.
On edit : The answer of the owner is another example of on megalomania bordering arrogance. Yes the Peugeot is from early 80s but he did not give me a chance to discuss it and had only 2 issues which I asked him to fix . The Schwinn was from 1996, bought in a bicycle store in Coral Gables at a time when it was not a department store brand yet for a non department store price and non department store quality. I am not going into that other stuff what he is writing, only one thing : He does not have to ban me from his store, I would never go there again.

Just picked up my new Factor Ostro Gravel from Andres at Collareta Cycle!! Couldn’t be happier - Andres speaks cycling, hard stop. He provides great counsel on what components to use in the build and provided updates throughout the process as the bike came together. I texted and called him multiple times throughout the week+ to ask questions and consider changes. He was super patient and really knows his stuff! Two big thumbs up to Collareta Cycle!

Very nice shop and amazing customer service.I was on vacation and i needed some maintenance done on my Factor Ostro. On the same day, they did the maintenance and had also all the parts i needed as well. My friend also got the same treatment. I highly recommend and they also carry very specific brand that you usually don't find in other bike shop. (Darimo, Black Inc, Ceramicspeed, etc...) They also had Factor bikes in stock with multiple colours choice and very good pricing.
