I have been going to Clearvision for many years now. Pre-pandemic I always received top quality service! During the pandemic, Bita took her customer service to an entirely new level. Post pandemic she remained consistent and is always exceeding her service. No matter if I want a new pair of beautiful frames, or a great pair of contacts to wear on the weekend, she's got me covered. I wear progressive lenses and so I wouldn't trust these eyes to just anyone. if you are looking for one on one, personal, top-of-the-line service to take care of your eyes, this is where you want to go.

Dr. Sabripour is very professional yet you can feel how much she enjoys her job and how big her heart is. My first encounter was an emergency after hours. I got lucky that she answered and she was nice enough to go back to her office after she already left for the night to quite literally rescue me as I was in dire pain and could not open me eye. My pain was greatly reduced not to mention my mind completely at rest after she assured me that my iris was A-ok. Thank you Dr. Sabri you were truly a blessing.

The best eye doctor that I have been to in a long time and I’ve been going to our doctors all my life. She’s truthful, honest and gets the job done. I want to trust no one else with my eyes.

I was gifted a Groupon for this center for Christmas and called to make an appointment. The lady who answered was extremely rude, appeared agitated and irritated if I asked a question. She then demanded that I call back when “ I got my schedule straight “ when I asked her to wait a moment to confirm if a time that same afternoon worked for me and my partner. She proceeded to schedule me without taking any of my information and hung up the phone on me. She was also very snippy in regards to the Groupon, saying if it wasn’t in my name that they could not honor it ( she said this about three times in a 10 minute call) and that I’d have to come with it printed out as well, which I thought strange as I usually just show the voucher. After reading the reviews, I really wish I could have scheduled an appointment as it seems that the doctors might offer a much better experience than their office staff. I was left feeling mistreated and honestly chose to not even to use the Groupon as I was afraid that the mistreatment would continue in person. It seems a shame that their receptionist is not a fair representation of the service their doctors provide.

I had the privilege to work under Dr. Sabripour. She is incredibly meticulous with her patients, builds close relationships with them and goes above and beyond to ensure their needs are met. She aims to educate her patients and students, providing excellent care.

Dr. Sabripour is such a beautiful soul. You can tell she truly loves what she does and honestly cares about her patients. Even when times are hard she works a fair deal because she believes everyone deserves to see more clearly. Also the lovely staff members make your wait go super fast! They have such patience and great advice in there when. it comes to picking out the right frames. Thank you so much Doc you are one of the most amazing doctors I have jn my life.

Worse experience I've ever had at an optical. The eye doctor made me and my child feel very much uncomfortable and we experience racism. The doctor had an attitude, vert rude, and unprofessional People of color do not give your business to this place. We went to a different vision center same day and we received a far better experience. I wish I read the reviews before going to this place.

Initially when I called for an appointment, no one answered. Immediately after that, I received a call back and then a text message asking for me and my husband's info to schedule the appointment. It was quick and painless. The Dr is very knowledgeable and precise and she nailed my prescription to a tee. She was running late, and had a bad attitude but otherwise, it was a good appointment.

I've seen Dr. Bita several times since moving to South Florida late last year. She's kind and extremely competent. Also she takes customer service to the next level! One of my lenses popped out of the frame and she helped expedite getting the replacement. Then when it arrived, she insisted that I come in to pick it up even though it would be past closing time! Highly recommend her!

First of all… I want to say that I have dealt many physicians in the past and I have never come across an optometrist to care as much as Dr. Bota. She is amazing! She cares about you so much to give you her personal phone number to be in touch. I couldn’t believe that!! Not even my own health physician would do that! She would text you anytime she needs to check up on you. I would never go to anyone else but her! Thank you Dr. Bita for providing the one service patients need to be comfortable and noone else provides.
