Disappointed with the Al call services. With a busy schedule the convenience of being able to call chase is much more convenient instead of driving to the location. I've called for 3 days trying to reach an actual representative with no luck, even after all the call options. Disappointed.

This is the 2nd time I have issues at this branch. Being a Private Client doesn't mean anything there. You have to make an appointment because you can not do anything just walk in. Then you make an appointment and you get there and the person who should meet you is not there, she didn't go to work, then is no body there to get your appointment, at least they should send an email canceling your appointment early morning when they know the only person in the entire branch that can open a simple bank account it didn't go it work.

Be careful!! alert, danger foreigners, the bank chase ATM machines are from another company and no one is responsible for the money you withdraw through them from your country of origin, they discount your bank of origin but the ATM DOES NOT DELIVER THE MONEY. It only gives you a receipt where they confirm that YOUR MONEY WAS NOT DELIVERED IN CASH OR DELIVERED EVEN THOUGH YOU CALL AND COMPLAINE, BECAUSE THE MONEY did not leave the chase bank and the receipt that the machine gives you the company that manages these maquinas DO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY EVEN WITH A RECEIPT IN HAND WHERE THE MACHINE CONFIRMS THAT I DID NOT DELIVERY THE MONEY.

The DMV requires a notarized form HDMV 82042 and they suggest you go to your bank to get it notarized. Joy had never seen such a form and was not keen on walking out to my car. She was hoping I’d just keep the one I had- which had a mistake from another notary who hadn’t done one in awhile. No big deal, right? Except the DMV often rejects forms with mistakes. Joy elected to let me try my luck with the DMV. I give a star for the fact that they let me print a blank form on their printer.

Had a fantastic experience. I had made an appointment to see Alexis and she was very kind and patient and friendly. She made very helpful suggestions and got me through a tedious process smoothly and easily. If you have a complicated banking situation (not a simple transaction that a teller can help with) I would highly recommend making an appt and working with Alexis.My critiques: it was not clear where to sign in, and myself and several others entered and weren’t sure what to do. Someone came out to help eventually, so this was not a huge issue. I also happened to arrive around the same time as a bunch of people so there was not enough seating for us all. But otherwise I felt like I was seen and got through in a reasonable timeframe.
