Mall opens at 10am. It’s 10:15 am, Lights and music playing but gate closed and phone number listed is disconnected. No signs as to why they’re not open on time

Where are all the sale associations?! I don’t see them on the floor anymore. Love the clothes and prices here. It only looks like there are managers who are not really helpin the customers. Give them more hours to work on the weekdays not only the weekends ! More employees on the floor to help please and thank you
