I dropped my work pants off Sunday the dark skin lady said my pants would be ready by Tuesday ok no problem. Tuesday, OCTOBER 29, 2024 I received a text stated my alterations was ready for pick up I get there and they only hemmed the bottom of my pants so I asked the fair skin lady what happened to my waist she like she doesn’t know. Long story short the dark skin lady like give me the pants I’ll do it now I said no because I don’t want them to rush my pants I should’ve stuck with that answer. I gave the dark skin lady my pants and she takes in my waist. I wear my pants for the first time OCTOBER 31, 2024 and my co workers tell me I have a big hole in my pants. Like the didn’t stitch my pants back together right literally rushed my pants

BLESSED by Black Diamond! The owner, Ruthie, is so kind and willing to do any adjustments at a fair price for both the customers and her employees. I've come to her several times and she does a splendid job for both women and men alterations! She has also one awards for her designs and alterations - woww. This last visit, I had her alter a bridesmaids dress. At first I was just seeking to get it hemmed but then her marvelous mind suggested I also get the waist fitted and it was the best idea! My dress was finished promptly and looked great!
The location is near Broward and also sells boutique clothing. The major service is alterations. 100% recommended!!

I got my wedding dress and reception dress altered with Ruth. She has an amazing work ethic and is absolutely the sweetest. Both of my dresses were ready within 2 weeks, and they are altered beautifully. They fit like a glove. She offered great suggestions and the price was fair and reasonable. I’m so happy to have found Ruth and her boutique, and I plan to be a customer for a long time!

Ruth and her staff are truly amazing. This is my second time going to them and they do not disappoint, I'm so happy with the way they've fixed all my clothes it fits like a glove now thank you guys so much!!

I’ve been meaning to write this for forever. I brought my precious leather jacket in for some alterations last October. Whilst I was anxious, I trusted the other reviews I had read. I’m very glad I did, and that I brought it here because the jacket fit perfectly when I got it back several weeks later. Despite having the jacket for five months, after the alterations it really started to feel like *the* leather jacket I had been searching for for ages. Very satisfied, and will return in time.

I needs straps added to my strapless dress as well as taking in some of the dress and needed it done fast. They were able to get it done within a week and it turned out perfect! They are also super nice, could not recommend them enough!

I came in looking to get my vest for work tailored and wanted it ready in 2 days she said yes she pinned it all together and then at the end tells me everything is 175 but she’ll do it for 150. Keep in mind she knows I need it ready soon and I think this is extremely expensive, I said okay even though this bothers me. I wish she would’ve informed me before we did all that and pinned everything but I agreed. I found out all of my co workers tailored there clothes were under 50 in different tailoring companies so I told Ruth and we argued back and forth and she did it for 133 not worth it but I agreed to her price earlier and I hate complaining so I paid it unfortunately even though she didn’t deserve 150. Her work is great but honestly you can find another place for way cheaper. I don’t know how tailoring works but I feel like I got scammed and ripped off. Anyways find another tailoring place ?

Top tier service! The owner was so kind to fix my dress extremely last minute for my event. They replaced the entire invisible zipper for me in less than an hour so I could make it to my event on time. This was also right before they closed. Black diamond boutique is the best in Florida!

I was so glad to find someone who was open on Sunday to alter the dress for my daughters wedding and some pants that needed to be shortened. The alterations were well done. My daughter in law took her dress for the wedding to be altered. She was quoted 95.00, I was standing with her. When she picked up the dress she was charged 125.00. She tried to explain the problem but we had not noticed that the original price quote was not on the slip. The work is well done just make sure you get the quote in writing.

Did a great job getting my 4 suits done over the weekend. I walked in and she took her time measuring each one. It was an exceptional customer service experience!!!

First time there and had the waste experience . Went to get my pants tailored, and they did not come out as I asked. I even left a sample pair for her to match and said this is exactly what I want. When I tried them on at the shop, they were too long, and she began to say I would have charged you more to get them hemed and not once said I could fix it. I do not recommend going there for any sample alteration.

10/10! She helped me fix my dress that a different alterations place royally screwed up! It wasn't a long gown that needed alot of work and in less than 24 hours and they got it done. Highly recommend to anyone. Will definitely be returning.
