While I understand the importance of trying to prevent theft and protect your business, having your employees stalk the customers while shopping is very uncomfortable and tacky. It’s already a small store so at every turn I was bumping into the employee behind me literally breathing down my neck and monitoring every item I looked at or tried on. I’ve never experienced something like this in high end establishments so this warden behavior at a costume jewelry store is just ridiculous. I spent $100 in this store when I should’ve walked out and would’ve probably spent more if I was allowed to browse freely. I will not be returning and will definitely be advising my followers and friends to avoid this place.I would like to suggest hiring a real security guard and adding buzzers to your items instead of harassing customers as a form of loss prevention

I recently had a rather uncomfortable shopping experience at Beya today. While I understand the need for stores to prevent theft, the way I was treated left me feeling uneasy.Throughout my visit, I couldn't help but notice that an associate seemed to be following me around the store, almost as if they were anticipating me taking something. We were the only ones in the store so it made me feel quite uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer. I put down all the items I had in hand to purchase because of this.I believe it's essential for stores to maintain security and protect their merchandise, but it's equally important to do so in a respectful and non-discriminatory manner. This experience left me questioning whether I would want to return to Beya again in the future.I hope that management takes this feedback into consideration and improves their customer service to ensure that everyone can enjoy a pleasant and stress-free shopping experience. 0/0

Bryan is located in the Broward Mall. When I went, they were having a 70% off store wide. Lots of women's accessories that were affordable, especially with the sale.There was only one person working in the store that barely spoke English (if any at all). She was pleasant but unable to help as much as I'd like (language barrier plus lack of staff).I got a few purses for a great price, so I definitely can't complain.

Customer-friendly I'm disabled and was with my daughter, she swears by this place, and now I see why. The young ladies not only offered me a basket, but I was looking for a special gift for one of the Mothers at my church, she took me to the items, and offered to get them off the shelf, not that they were too high, but I'm a cancer patient and can barely lift my arms, she paid attention to my medical alert bracelets, and please note the store was not so crowded with stuff, and that I was able to use my walker freely, which is a plus must place disable people can shop freely because we can't get thru without hitting a rack. I have been a manager for over 30+ years, I focused heavily on customer service, suggestive selling, and ask for a repeat of business, these ladies, surpassed the mark. All I saw was a team spirit. We are so quick to criticize in these trying times, but I would consider it robbery not to say what exceptional service. And by the way, she recommends a wrap for the mother, the price and the service was so good, I purchased about 8 to 10 of them. Very pleased! ???????and I was able to purchase mask.
