I would like to take a moment to thank Prathana Michael and Emily Cardones for their kind and courteous service. I rarely need to go to the bank; however, I needed to go for some personalized service, and I found them both to be very helpful and patient. I explained my situation to both of them and they understood the circumstances and immediately took great care of me. I went into the bank feeling quite frustrated and left 15 minutes later with a whole new attitude. I would recommend this professional bank location to anyone that appreciates nice individuals with this banking institution.

this is the worst bank ever. Terrible services customer service is horrible. Stay away!! I called Adrian to see why Bank of America is making me go through a nightmare and havent gotten a return call

-5* is what this bank deservesAvoid Erek Reynolds'. His quick to sell you but when comes down to ask question afterwards or wonder where you business card that you've been waiting for over a week. His no where to be found or return calls. As well , having a pointless greeter Eva Ludena any question you ask her her reply is call the customer service number. Avoid this branch at all cost.

Only one teller working,there were other three workers just walking around with a tablet while there was a line for that ONE teller to attend us they didn't even help or cared about the long line

12 noon and one teller, 5+ in line, 20-30 minute wait. Busy, business-related part of town.

10 customers on the line and one teller! Avoid this location unless you don't mind spending 30 minutes to an hour for one teller to assist.

Spanish customer service is terrible. I got treated horribly. Can’t conceive how they let such impolite people to work at a bank. I will never come back.

i went to this bank to open an account for my granddaughter. There was one cashier and one "manager". There was one customer that left almost as soon as we entered. I was told to call and make an appointment, I said I would just wait. The cashier told the manager and she said I would have to wait at least an hour and a half. She said to call and make an appointment. She did not offer to make an appointment for me nor did she act like she cared. I have been a customer for 40 years and I feel like it is time to find another bank!

I'm so pleased with the staff of this banking center in Plantation, FL. Ashley and Michael have been extremely helpful with navigating complex issues with my business account. Every time I come in, they are super helpful, time efficient, and solution focused! Thank you so much for always helping me with my business account needs! I highly recommend the center.
