Our experience with Kevin at AutoShow Sales and Service was FANTASTIC!
We found this dealership through CarGurus after an unsuccessful shopping experience at another dealership in Hollywood, FL. The trip from Hollywood to Plantation was WELL worth it!
Kevin helped us find the perfect 2020 Nissan Rogue Auto SV, and his cheerful and friendly demeanor made the process enjoyable. He was patient, engaged with us thoughtfully, and never made us feel rushed or pressured about the financial aspects.
It was clear that Kevin valued our time and treated us as partners in the decision-making process. The professionalism didn’t stop with Kevin—Mo and Chris from Financing were equally impressive. Chris’s attention to detail and honest advice made the financial part of the deal clear and straightforward, without any pressure.

Buying process was fine. Be aware that if you agree to have anything done to the car that needs to be addressed. It will be a waste of time, going back and forth and not only will the issue not get resolved but they will create new issues.
Trying to get them to stop brakes from squealing is now costing me over $3k to fix what they created because they did not know how take off the tires correctly or put the brakes together. I have multiple
Attempts to let them correct and then they stopped responding.

My sales rep was Alfonso. He was AMAZING. EVERYONE there actually played a MAJOR role in getting my deal done. But Alfonso was VERY communicative, helpful, & knowledgeable. Everything we discussed checked out, he also worked with me in finding a down payment & monthly payment that I was very comfortable with. My husband is going to purchase from him next because he loves the way i was treated & how FAST we were outta there (less than an hour). Alfonso made the purchase so smooth and filled up my car before leaving the lot and made sure it was washed and cleaned up. He also called to check if we made it back home safe being that we traveled almost 2 hours to their lot. He also took care of EVERYTHING we asked him about prior to the purchase of the car. I will definitely be back. Thank you guys SOOOOO much!!
