Dervin & Omar were very helpful to me after an unpleasant experience at the Spple store in Ft Lauderdale on Sunrise Blvd. They both were extremely helpful & knowledgeable about the iPhone. They helped me to solve my problem to set up my phone. I am very grateful to them both.

Just came in to get my grandmas phone converted to E- SIM. It was a weird complicated situation but Dervin and Omar made it so easy to work through. Finished in less than 15 minutes and were super nice stand up guys. Great customer service, I’ll definitely come again if I need help again !
