“I recently had the pleasure to speak to the new assistant manager Christian regarding an addition to my lease and a banking issue. I walked in the office even though the secretary was present , and greeted me with a smile. the manager also came out …greet, hear my concerns attentively, made eye contact and guide me with a positive response. I also had the pleasure to interact with the maintenance supervisor for the first time for a yearly walkthrough of the apartment which name I cannot recall, he was also very friendly , professional, and asked if I had any concerns or issues with the apartment .
