i went in to get a ring repaired and possibly sized down. Mike was very helpful and welded my ring back together in 5 minutes free of charge. very informative and nice service. will definitely be back

I stopped in for a watch battery replacement. It took about 5 minutes and cost less than $13.Everyone there was very friendly and helpful.I am definitely coming back for any other jewelry needs.

Mike was very welcoming from the moment we walked into his store. I needed to have a ring re-sized. He did a wonderful job and I had the ring back the next day, at a very fair and reasonable price. This is a family owned business and I highly recommend them!

For a birthday present, I was given my grandfather’s wedding band with “PAPA” engraved inside. I took it to Your Family Jewelry and needed it resized. When I walked in I was greeted and told him what I needed. He took the size of my finger and off the ring, walked into the back and came back with the ring in the size of my finger. The papa engraved on the inside was still there and he was able to not even cut into it (this meant a lot to me). He told me that he would polish it and have it back to me within the next day. I got a call not even 4 hours later that it was ready. They took such good care of this ring that holds a special place in my heart. I 100% recommend their shop. It family owned and they treat you like family.

Honestly the best customer service I have experienced at a retail store. They take such pride in their work, are so friendly, and do an amazing job on jewelry repair. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful pieces and/or jewelry cleaning and repair. They really do treat you like family.

We are not “jewelry people,” so the minimal pieces we wear are very significant. This jeweler did an amazing job at repairing our rings this week. Resized, new prongs, beautifully cleaned, YAY! Our special pieces are sparkling and back on our fingers where they belong. Highly recommend!

Just got this beautiful necklace for my wife, They were very friendly and helpful. We bought a ring also and they sized it right there on the spot. They have a really nice collection but the customer service was what will make me a repeat customer. Check them out.
