This freaking bank keeps stealing money out of my account! I can't keep a personal account with them. They steal 10 dollars a month until your overdrawn and then they start with the penalty fees. Now its 40 dollar late fees on a credit card that I was one day late for becuase I couldn't afford a checking account to pay it with! They are predators!

This is bank is the worst. Don't get me wrong most of the girls are very nice there but they're so called policies are outrageous. The company I work for has a corporate account with them so we have to take our deposits in daily except on the weekends and holidays of course because they aren't open. They have a commercial lane which is the lane that we use but they now claim that they cannot take my weekend deposits thru the drive thru which contains Friday, Saturday and Sunday's deposits. They say that I must come inside because I can't have me than 2 deposits at a time. That is ridiculous! I've used the Dropbox before but that seems to be pointless because even when I show up in the afternoon they don't have my deposits ready which only makes me have to make another trip. What's the purpose of having a commercial lane and businesses not being able to use it for their needs. Let's also talk about bringing in legit legal tender that a customer had given us, a $100 bill that had gotten wet in the customers jeans causing it to be stained blue. Wells Fargo said that it's a real bill but they would not accept it because it was stained. Instead they wanted us to mail it off to the state treasury department to have them replace it. That's the banks job to do not us as consumers. Could you afford to mail of your $100 and wait for someone to mail you back one? Luckily we took it to our personal bank where they laughed and took the bill for us and did their job by accepting it, giving us an exchange, and if it's in need of being destroyed then they do the process of having it destroyed. I don't know to many people that can afford to just mail off $100 and hope that they get it replaced in a timely manner. I know that my company uses multiple banks for they're banking needs because not all of our Florida locations use Wells Fargo thank God! I'm going to request that they switch our account to one of the other options available. We have plenty of different banks in Plant City to choose from.

They seem too busy,...it almost seem that they don't worry too much,.. about other business generated by assisting with actual customers concern's,.. of possible near or future business!Maybe they are short handed with employees therefore, customers concern's takes a second or third pail list!

Don’t try to call to speak to a banker, you will not be able to get in contact with anyone here. It’s not just today, it’s every single time I’ve ever tried to call. Ugh

I don't like Wells Fargo Bank. But I go there for my parents. Nothing for me.They stolen from my bank account years ago and nothing could be done about it they said. I filed a complaint against them with the cfpb consumer financial protection bureau.Not even a 1 star from me.

Had an appointment at 1:30pm. Came in and was told the banker had an emergency by the branch manager. I asked her if she would be able to help. She stated “No, that’s not my job duty.” As a branch manager of a credit union I am able to do anything my team can do and willing to assist to help my members unlike her. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST!

Does this location not have phones? Been trying to call for a general question regarding getting a minors check cashed with me already having a account with Wells Fargo but no luck with anyone answering the phone!
