I wouldn’t even give this branch a 1 star review they have no customer service skills whatsoever.. everyone in this store looks like they are stoned!!!
All they do is walk around with they’re heads stared down into it.. you pretty well have to do everything yourself…2nd do not let them talk to you into using any of there business services.. they know how to sell it but can’t help you after that don’t do business here!!!!

Went there on 4/27/24 for a simple family phone plan change, I consistently told them I don't know my password I need to change it before the action. The guy continued to swap the plan and now I have no access to my phone.In addition, my father went in to get a phone upgrade and the employee disregarded what my father asked for and diverted him to some other plan which he said would take 30mins (it took over 2 hours). These people have no regard for customer needs and do not listen to Customers at all especially if they are in an emotional state. They have a persistent need to just get customers in and out rather than properly advising each one with the proper Verizon care.
UPDATE:
I have lost over 3,000 photos and videos because I had to have my phone erased in order for me to have access to it.In addition my parents lost access to their own account.
This was possibly the worst servicing we've ever experienced in any transaction.

Very unprofessional and disrespectful. The lady that helped us with the issues we were having on transform data from old phone to new phone was horrible and more concerned with er own phone. Will not visit again.

I have been here twice. I'm a Verizon customer. That has had way too many issue.... Both times I went here I got zero help. Not only that the second I requested a manager when I first walked in and he hid in the office and refused to come out and face me.... I left way more angry then when I arrived. I called the Verizon one eight hundred number and they fixed my issue finally the right way..... This store and it's associates acted like I was lying.... 100 percent recommend you go somewhere else if you need help. And I will be calling back to issue a complaint. Thank for the waste of time and manager attention that could of possibly actually solved my issue had he not coward away from a customer in need of him....

Terrible .Trying to set an appointment for service is impossible.Called half a dozen times and every time was unable to speak to a person. If not for having to have this company to work they could take it and forget it. Should not be an act of congress to talk to someone to make an appointment. Totally unacceptable!!!!

Walked in today to preorder a new phone. Megan was very helpful with getting me set up and ready to go. Explained everything thoroughly and was super nice! Will be shopping here in the future.

Disappointing ! Went to the store in plant city and bought two phones. I only had one activated as my husband. Using the other one. I asked the lady that set me up don't cut off his phone because he needs it for business. Can he come at any time and she said yes within two weeks !!! nightmare When I got home, his phone didn't work the next morning. I had to call ! Had his phone turned back on again, and explained it all to the Verizon customer service ! Same thing happened again. He wasn't getting any calls. Nothing going in nothing going out.! I paid $29.99 a piece for two different phones to be turned on and for them to do everything! He could not use his phone I had to call again customer service, put it back on again. I set up the phone myself and ask for a refund which I was given ! So the only thing that I can tell you is be prepared if you buy a phone to turn in your old one and set it up right away or you will not have service !! I have had Verizon for over 20 years!! I like them because of their reliability, but be careful when you're being set up for the 29.99 I remember when they used to set your phone up for free!!!! I remember when you got a free phone I guess that was a long time ago. Nothings free anymore.!

I walked in, doubting that anyone could help me with the problem with my Verizon account, and boy, was I wrong! I even asked if there was a super techie who could fix my problem. The manager was that guy, and the rest of the staff was also helpful. This is a great Verizon. I'm happy to know that if I ever need help, I can find that help here.
