These guys are always super helpful! Great at packaging items so they arrive safely. Recently took in very large, heavy, odd shaped item to be shipped and they were great! Helped me unload, answered all my questions and got the item out safely for me!

This place is crazy! The auburn hair man that everyone complains about is awful and rude! But normally everyone else is super friendly and nice! Someone peed in the tattoo man’s Cheerios. He laughed after skipping me in line, while I was standing at the desk. You never know what you’re going to get when you come here!

These guys have been absolutely slammed, I’ve been getting their help making a very specific dimensions box for an international shipment. The night crew guys here rock! I’ve seen professionals hustling to keep customers happy, and keep lines moving. They just had two dozen people flood in back to back and they were quick and polite with each person! Including my package, which took away one of their crew to work on it. With just two guys, they kept the store moving and kept people happy. Great local store, they rocked and helped me with my shipment

I’m an artist, and since this UPS location is so convenient, and employees always extremely prompt, kind, amazingly helpful, and using their service is much more economical and simpler, to rely on them for all printing or mailing needs. All employees are also friendly and trustworthy. Yesterday, I walked in with a room full of customers, and it was a joy to see how quickly the room cleared.

Just wanted to say how nice and friendly Nate and all the employees are! Whenever I have a Amazon or a WFH equipment return they get me in and out quickly while being courteous and friendly! This is the only UPS store I like going to for this kind of stuff!!

Worst location, the employees have bad attitudes. they charge for every single thing they were trying to charge me 2 dollars for taping one side of a box. This is even when Amazon listed free return didn't say anything else just to bring the box.

Rude!!!Not once but, a 2nd time dealing with this store.Doesnt cost anything to be nice and HELP your customers. Thats what u get paid for without your customers u wont have a job!

Horrible experience at store 1823 in Plant City fell short is the term, the team member at the desk was very dismissive and rude I was at the store at 8 AM August 16, 2023. The only associate in the store said that he was the manager when I ask for his name. He asked me why and I told him that I was gonna make a complaint or, and he began to get loud and state that he was not gonna give me his name in a intimidating fashion don’t ever use the store. If you’re in a rush early in the morning face was in his phone the whole entire time I was being handled. No name,antagonistic and at the front desk?Update after owner’s response wich very dishonest there was no we involved as you suggested in your response he was the only person in the store and there was absolutely no arguing he raised his voice once I asked for his name and that was after the transaction was complete you as a owner must learn to hold your employees accountable and stop the subpar services up front I have a video as well and it’s not nice to tell lies on customers that are just being honest!No accountability at this place.

I came into this location today and was appalled on how these employees are treated! There was an Amazon customer yelling at the top of his lungs because they couldn't read simple instructions?! Shortly after he left I was helped by a gentleman with tattoos and a dope fitted hat. His said his name was Robert Paulsen, very nice and efficient. To anbody that has a problem with this location, could I recommend READING the Instructions before verbally assaulting the employees. Don't be a fool. It's fairly simple. Thanks for all your help!! Stay blessed!!!

Horrible staff, absolutely 0 customer service skills. They curse at customers and try to physically fight when challenged on their own policies (which they don't know). I've never had a bad experience with UPS until I used this location. Avoid this place at all costs.

Rude staff. Acted like they had better things to do like update their facebooks or instagrams than help a customer. Faces in phones with 1 other person waiting besides me. Update your social media after hours not while customers are in the store. Would have fired both of them if I saw that in my retail establishment.

We use this store for all our reselling shipping needs. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help. Not to mention the store is always inviting and clean.We also use this store for our Amazon returns. They are always willing to help and provide any assistance if needed. Especially when it comes to what returns need to be boxed up or what can just be sent in. Have not once had any issues with the staff and their willingness to help. Highly recommend.

Quick and efficient and no nonsense. Never wait long in line, the guys are straight to the point. Also, the music is usually good, too. Never hurts. Thanks for the quick service. Also, thanks to Ryan for showing some kindness today during my return! I'll pay it forward!
