Nate was incredibly considerate, and so willing to help me, even though I arrived mins before closing, not to mention no prepaid label. He assisted me with getting it from my device, followed by printing it out. I apologized several times, and each time told me no worries, it's okay. I appreciate it that so much, and he should be applauded for this. This is my local UPS and happy to know good guys like Nate, and Tyler are there to help! Thanks Nate!

Had to take a neighbor their package because your workers are incompetent and keep delivering packages to my house that does not belong here so I can only imagine where my packages are probably going... This is happened on several occasions not just once...

The man running this store on July 13, 2024 was the RUDEST I have ever dealt with. No other UPS Store I have used has charged for an Amazon return. I will drive 15 miles to another store where the employees are glad to have your business. He clearly does not know the meaning of customer service! Never experienced such a rude customer service representative, much less in the friendly town of Plant City.?♀️

Most UPS stores have you put package on the scale and I know this from going multi times a week. But here “put it wherever”. This location we went to because we were in the area. Not the most friendly or inviting one I’ve been too.

Nate and the guys were really helpful. I had to stop in multiple times to print permit packs for a large roof project we were working on and the team here was quick and efficient.

The store is the most effective UPS store I’ve been to the line is never long. They always get through people efficiently. And today I brought a huge package to return and the guy even. Help me carry it in. It was super helpful and I Really appreciate it.

Have never used the UPS store in Plant City until today. The young man (120425) was very helpful and polite. The other two were also very nice as I heard one assisting another client. It was my first visit there, but surely not my last. We need more good guys like the three at this UPS Store. Please share my comments with them - and give them a good raise!

Very efficient, professional and friendly! Hours are convenient as well as location. I would recommend them to anyone needing reliable shipping. Also have never had any issues with damaged or lost pkgs!! 10 out of 10

The store is clean and they are open during operating hours. They answer the phone. But they are not very customer service oriented. I was charged $2 for a single piece of tape to go over my box.
