What a great experience! First of all Steve had more 5 star reviews than I'd seen with any other Independent Appraiser... with no bad reviews. From the start, Steve was extremely knowledgeable about how insurance companies do their Appraisals, and more specifically, he knew a lot about what mattered to me... Allstate. Steve spent about a half hour on the phone with me on our first call an I was convinced that he would be able to return a much higher valuation on my Range Rover Sport that Allstate had. Within 1 day of hiring Steve, he had already completed my Appraisal which was much more in line with where it should be. One more day later, he had negotiated with the Allstate Adjuster and my valuation landed at $11,460 higher than the insurance company's valuation! My fee was 10% of that and I'm an extremely happy camper! I could never have gotten that kind of return myself or with another appraiser. He's the real deal.

Because of the expert appraisal provided by Sun Auto Group I was able to get top dollar on my diminished value claim-- much more than I expected, and through one of the toughest insurance companies to deal with. Thank you so much for your efforts! I will recommend to anyone in a similar situation!

Glad I found out about Sun Auto Appraisers before tackling my insurance adjuster by myself. All the free tips posted on their site are a big help but the results of my new appraisal was priceless!

I would highly recommend Steve to perform an appraisal for your diminished value claim. He was extremely responsive to my e mails, wrote a diminished value appraiser report, and was able to negotiate with the insurance company and obtained almost almost 80 percent of the appraised diminished value claim. There is no doubt that Steve added substantial value to the process. And his fee was far more reasonable then most.

I hired sign appraisers to do a evaluation on my vehicle for an insurance claim which I had been fighting with the insurance company for I don't know how long and they actually got $3,000 more money then what the insurance company wanted to give so I give them 100% review if you have a problem with your insurance company you need to contact them and let them deal with it and I think Steve and sun appraisersappraisers doing their job real well thank you sun appraisers

Super helpful! I absolutely recommend Steve. I'm a young single woman who wanted to get her car appraised before going to the dealership to trade it in and Steve gave me all the info I needed over the phone and some great tips about going to purchase my car as well. The owners name is Steve and right from the get-go you get the feeling that this guy is an honest man, and that's absolutely correct. He helped me finance a car with not great credit and even helped me get a cheaper insurance monthly rate, by giving me tips and advice, even calling an insurance company he knew for a quote. Would never consider going through an overpriced dealer that I don't trust when Sun Auto is around to give you your money's worth and make sure you get a reliable car to suit your families needs.

Steve was great inexpensive service that took very little time to get my appraisal back and negotiated with my insurance to get me over $2k over what the original offer was. I would highly recommend to anyone going thru a total loss
