Paul and Matt were wonderful. Everyone was extremely nice to us, they got us a good payment. Didn’t try to push a bunch of stuff we didn’t want or try to show us different cars we didn’t want. Extremely professional and honestly made the experience a lot less stressful. Highly recommend

I had arranged an online deal to trade in my 2022 Traverse for a 2024 Traverse online. When I arrived, the team had the car and all the docs ready to go to make this a quick and smooth process. I would have been out the door in likely less than 1.5 hours, but I decided to make a change at the very end and purchase an upgraded model. Deb in financing was amazing, she worked numbers with me and made me feel comfortable about the process. I also loved that she listened to me about what I wanted and didn't want with regard to financing. The entire team worked together to get me into the upgraded vehicle and get me out the door timely, despite my last-minute change. Harley, Fermin, Deb and Dylan were all amazing to work with and I drove away with a car that I love.

As my wife and I entered the showroom Matt greeted us, this was a nice no pressure introduction. Matt looked after us as we went through the buying process. He took time to explain everything as he went, he kept us entertained for the time we were in the dealership. We are totally happy with our experience. I was greeted as I pulled into the parking lot by Ray Hillman. Ray was professional upbeat he was outstanding.my wife and I told him we were payment shoppers and what can we get in. He showed us a couple vehicles we chose one.We were approved for financing .It seemed to have some problems with the engine ticking loud.We took it to service and Blake seemed more concerned with who's going to pay for it and that bacame a hassle . After making several calls to the chain of command above stingray they agreed that it was under warranty.After several days it was fixed and in the meantime Ray got us a loner.The positive that kept flowing through this entire ordeal was Ray.He fought for me for financing as we had a zero credit rating as we were debt free.Ray is an asset to stingray Chevrolet a fine example of a car salesman and a shining beacon to the entire auto sales industry

The most important thing to me was I received the deal I wanted. It was a good deal. The facility is excellent. I do have a problem with the detailing of the car. Wax or similar substance all over rubber pieces and in crevices of the car. Spent way too long at the dealership considering the deal was already agreed to.
